I asked to modify my existing reservation and stay two nights instead of three. They would only cancel and rebook for more money for two nights versus my existing three night stay. Bad business practices and poor customer service.

Staff stole cloths and electronics from my room. Owner/management did nothing to help had to stay an extra night to deal with police was able to get a couple articles of cloths back only after the staff member clocked in. Was told the owner would be in contact with me here we are 3 months latter nothing. Was all caught on cameras

The site actually looks like the Venetian Hotel Site, but it's not. It's a overseas company that books hotels. They don't allow a grace period to cancel. They take your money, and you have no recourse. You will need to file a claim with your credit card company for fraud. This is a Rip Off. Do not use these people.

Thought I reserved a room thru Doubletree. When I asked for the receipt at the hotel, they informed me it was thru a separate company. Doubletree in Phoenix was great, make no mistake.
When I obtained a copy of the receipt from Reservation Desk, there was a $149.03 charge for Taxes and Fees. When I asked for the breakdown, they advised they could not furnish this information.
This stay was work related and I need to get reimbursed, however my company stated without a breakdown, they can not properly process my receipt.
So not only am I having to take a loss, but I question why the Taxes & Fees are almost as much as one night in the room. I did not require or commit to any additional services and Double Tree stated they would charge on a separate document, not the reservation one.
So please beware...

Booking agent explained that the extra $134 in fees and taxes (above the $15 booking fee and the amount the hotel charges for room and taxes) included an onsite gourmet chef. There was no such service. Many phone calls and emails to reservation desk have produced nothing but deflection tactics.
Would never use them agin.

I too, thought I was talking to the hotel that I wanted to check for rooms. The guy was pretty smooth, and said this place was "next to" the hotel I wanted (my choice was booked for my requested date). No where near my choice in quality or location! Total BS. I should have known better. No cancellations allowed and they charged a ridiculous amount of added fees for one night. The place that the guy suggested and that I reluctantly reserved, is a little sketchy to say the least. No where near the quality of the place I was wanting to reserve. Almost afraid to stay here! But the money is spent. Make sure you double check that you are calling your desired hotel directly! What a scam!

This company will try to sell you the more expensive room and not disclose a service fee of 14.99 at the time of reservation, and charge an Extra Person Fee of $20 when you only have 2 people checked into a room.

This place has the best swimming pool! We could not get out of it. It has a great hot tub too! Which was also very hard to get out of. If you want to hang out somewhere, come here at long boat key resort!

I had made reservations true price line but hotel had no room. Hotel is not running properly. Front desk girl running around with panic unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend plus they not refunds still waiting refund's.

I booked a hotel through this site and accidentally selected the name of the city in another state. I didn't realize the error until I showed up to the hotel in the state I thought I was staying in and they didn't have my information. I called reservationdesk.com to transfer over to the correct hotel and they were not helpful- the runaround was insane and I was in the lobby with kids for hours that night trying to figure it out. The hotel manager at the hotel I was at said that they do this all the time and that there is no reason they couldn't transfer over the reservation, it was an obvious mistake. Finally, they said they would make an exception with the permission from the hotel I had accidentally booked (who I had already spoken with and who agreed that they would refund the charge) but that they couldn't call the hotel to confirm that, reservationdesk.com had to contact their "hotel supplier" who would email the hotel to confirm. I called that hotel at midnight that evening to confirm they had gotten the email and given permission and they said they had and that I'd get a refund in 3-5 days (according to reservation desk.com). However, the next week reservationdesk.com emailed me to say they had denied the request and would not be issuing a reimbursement so now I'm caught up in disputing this charge.
Companies that treat people like this are reprehensible, each time I've called, I've had to wait on hold for ridiculous wait times. I just called, sat on hold for 15 mins, and was then disconnected. The hotel staff at both hotel locations were so kind and helpful and equally as frustrated with the 3rd party booking issues.

I made a reservation through their site, my confirmation says I will be charged at the time of the stay at the hotel. Instead, the hotel charged my card for half the stay prior to arrival. When i called customer service I could barely hear the person for the back ground noise and was told they could not do anything. This was different from what they had told me 2 days prior when they were trying to correct the error. Very annoying company to work with and no customer service.

TOTALLY SCAM, I thought I was dealing with the hotel directly, they had never mentioned that they were agency, and refused to change the date or booking for me when my business travel date got posponed. Saying I'd be still charged full price. I only had found out that I did not book with the hotel, but crooks! Very bad business practice. Why would they be allowed to operate like this...

We called and asked for a reservation at Quality Inn
In Morganton, NC. The representative tried booking a

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
