Hey I just received my order! While it did take longer than expected Im grateful you didnt send me the skinny iguanas and took the time to find me healthy animals. Everybody looks great and in perfect health so far! I was under the impression I was going to receive adult iguanas but these babies are adorable so I dont mind! Gorgeous coloration. Over all Im very pleased with how things turned out. Thanks again! I will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

Great health!

I've heard many bad things about people getting amphibians from there, but I can say for certain my reptile is 100% healthy! I ordered a fire skink a couple months ago and shes doing very well! She's very social and loves being held :) my only issue was that she's quite a bit larger than the website had said, so we need to get a bigger cage. I got the 30 day shipping, expecting her to come a month later, but she came 14 days earlier! Very happy about that :)

I bought 2 Female Leopard Geckos and their the cheapest reptile delivery ( all of the other reptile companies are to expensive) I will buy again. Plus it's free shipping on orders over $100 bucks

My daughter ordered her first turtle on July 3rd and paid $44.94 expecting to get the turtle. She called on Friday to see if it had been shipped and according to Nina it was and according to Willis it wasnt. So do to the lack of communication she cancelled the turtle and requested a refund. We still have not received a refund at all and have called about it several times. Willis says the turtle was delivered however we have not received it. This seems to be his story looking at other reviews. I am now having to dispute this with the credit card company and possibly get an attorney involved. I am not sure where this poor turtle is but I have a strange feeling it was never sent and if it was it was sent to the wrong address. I just want the refund but Im having to play games. Dont waste your time with them.

They clearly state several times live animals are guaranteed overnight shipping, yet my tortoise was mailed priority shipping in the mail for three days and dead upon arrival. While they did replace it & send it correctly the second time - why go through the hassle of a replacement or refund when you could honor your shipping policies? They are based in Texas and my tortoise shipped from Florida so it was sent via second party breeder which leads me to believe the breeder is the cause of the shipping scandal Ive seen in multiple other reviews & with my experience. (Maybe find a more reputable source?) Both employees I spoke with at reptilecity.com seemed rather vexed and uncaring of my concerns - overall the worst customer service Ive ever had. While I appreciate receiving my tortoise correctly the second time, I will never support this company with my business again for theyre uncaring of the lives of their reptiles.

The turtles I purchased arrived today. They are doing great. After a couple hours of getting used to their new tank I gave them a snack and they ate it quickly. They are very tame so to speak. They dont shy away or act afraid when I approach the tank. I had zero issues or problems with my purchase.

Ordered (3) R/B Walker frogs/ buy 1 get 1 free. Arrived late on arrival date with two dead and 4 sluggish. Sent e-mail immediately to Reptile City and received a response in a few hours saying they would be replaced. They came in on time overnight healthy, active and in good condition. I believe it was all in the shipping and I would order from Reptile City again.

This was my first online reptile order. Reptile City and Felton Willis were extremely responsive to any concerns and questions I had. And when my box turtle arrived I could not have been happier. He was in great shape and an absolutely beautiful specimen. I was so happy with him that I immediately made a second order for another turtle. My second one just arrived and she is absolutely beautiful too and in great shape. I would not hesitate to order from Reptile City again and I plan to do so again in the future. Thank you again!

Not acceptable

I was charged in jan and then again in april for my original purchase. When i called them, the man on the phone said "our computers are down at the moment". I just had my bank fight the duplicate charge for me. It was a hassle and i wont buy from there again.

If you're in the market for a pet reptile, I HIGHLY recommend Reptile City. From the get-go they were super accommodating, helpful, and friendly. My juvenile Yellow Saharan Uromastyx arrived packaged with care as well as very healthy; he's just a beautiful animal. If you enjoy the lowest form of customer service and sickly animals upon arrival, then look no further, this company has got to be the worst, the owner is borderline antisocial, and their whole process seems to be non efficient, and my animal was sent in unmarked box with postmark 2 days prior for $8.95, I paid $29.95 for the overnight shipping. Poor thing didn't live 24 hours. Honestly the high star reviews have to be the exceptions to the rule, just go the the BBB website before giving this company money

Long story short paid for my water monitor and had to wait a few weeks to receive it because of some difficulties. But Felton Willis replied to ever email I sent and never responded rude like so many others have said. Water Monitor arrived when everything was taken care of on his end. If any of you people know business should know sometimes $#*! happens but I had patience and Reptile City came through like they said they would thanks a lot and will definitely order again with no worries.

I purchased a Cobalt Blue tarantula. Which I never received. To find out any updates on my order I was always given the run around. The tarantula obviously wasnt in stock. I paid for there premium shipment which was 49.00. Which in turn apparently gives you special arraignments. Well that never happened I was told bogus excuses from cant locate and flights to ship to. You will receive an email tonight that it shipped. When asked if the tarantula shipped because I received no email. I was informed a refund has been issued. Avoid shopping here there extremely rude and cant believe there still in business.

I made a order of 2 tarantula's and a snake from Reptilecity.com and i just sent them a email asking if they will alter the order and add another tarantula to the order because i read that if you spend $100 you would get free shipping but instead of fulfilling what the customer wanted they instead refunded my order and banned me from the site i asked them why did they refund my order and ban me from the site for no reason whatsoever and they said-

"we feel its best for you to locate your reptiles elsewhere. We dont owe any other explanation than that we can choose who we sell to. - Nina"

I have been a online consumer for almost 20 years and i have never had a company just out right ban me for no reason whatsoever and without explanation and discriminate against me like this when i just had a request that any customer would have.

Bottom Line: This company is Shady as F*ck!
