I'm glad I didn't give any payment info. I was ordering a Window A/C Unit but something about this site just didn't seem right. I contacted the Seller before my order even began to process and told them to cancel. I also sent an email to the website and asked for my name, address and email to be deleted. I was shopping at Amazon when "Bing" had a Pop-up from this site appear. I was surprised at how much lower the A/C's price was and fell for it. Thank God, I thought it over and canceled before the actual purchase was supposedly completed

Scam alert! Do NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered and paid for their advertised Keter Manor Shed (4 x 6 resin outdoor shed) on May 27,2020. I was sent conformation on my order and payment received for $279.99. I NEVER received the shed. It was always on back order. After months of waiting I finally requested a refund. Rentproductsonline told me that they would send the refund through PayPal. I did not have a PayPal account but soon realized It was the only way I was going to reimbursed so I opened an account. My PayPal account requested the $279.99. Rentproductsonline never used that account to reimburse me. In fact, they never responded to any correspondence in connection to Paypal. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately that was also unsuccessful in getting my money returned. I went on line today & they are still listing that shed for $279.99.
Unbelievable! Criminal in my book!

Ordered Nintendo Switch 2/21/20 - Covid hit and they couldn't deliver. Offered refund with caveat that it would arrive by 7/5/21. Guess what - NO REFUND. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought a Nintendo Switch from them. I had to pay by check. They sent a ship date. It continued to "get delayed". After 3 months, I contacted BBB to make a complaint. Since, I paid by check nothing could be done. I made a complaint and argued with the company, however it has now been a year with no product and no refund.

Don't bother with this website. It is a scam... Been dealing with them for over three months and have gotten no where. Take your business elsewhere. Don't bother...

I'm so glad I checked online for reviews before almost making a horrible mistake handing over my money to these con artists. What goes around comes around! The owner must be a miserable individual to operate this way! I almost feel bad for them.

I bought a new Greenworks 16" electric chainsaw at RPO on April 12,2021. I went with them because they were about $20.00 or so dollars cheaper than other retailers. They said delivery would be 4 to 6 weeks. That is the last that I heard from them. I don't even know if this review site relates to the entity from which I purchased the chainsaw. I can't find their site again. I think trying to save a few bucks is going to double the price of the chainsaw when I purchase it from a legitimate company.

If you choose to buy something from them then you kind of deserve what you get. If it seems like to good a deal then it probably is.

I ordered a cutting machine early April, hoping to make and help people with face shields of clear vinyl for deaf and speech therapy for children, I got the normal run around. So I cancelled the order thinking I would get a refund ($258.99) and be able to purchase it local at JoAnn's Fabric store. Well It has been a year soon and they promised it would be paid by April 29,2021. They have changed there site and removed my purchase an all emails I wrote them. Changed phone number no communicating at all to new emails I sent them. CONTACTED ASHLEY MOODY OUR FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL, SENT ME MANY PLACES TO GET HELP BUT THOUGHT THEY MAY PAY AS SAID, IF NOT CONTINUE ON WITH THE OTHER CONSUMERS AFFAIRS. THEY EVEN TOOK THE REVIEWS OFF THERE PAGE AND NO WAY TO WRITE A REVIEW. I know where they are and I'm going to be passing thru Laker Worth in a week or so they are at Pac N send *******.

I have a contract for a new buy (not renting) item and despite several emails and their web page contact there is no reply and no company. My receipt is from Invoice #******* from 02/08/2021 states Postage Method: Delivery Between 14 and 30 Days so it's well over 2 weeks past due.

I ordered a pool last june said i would get by july july came and i still didnt get my pool emailed them said they hadnt got the pool from the supplier but i could cancel my order at this time i said i would wait well i waited emailed them again got same email from them so i emailed them and ask if i wanted a refund how would i go about doing that then i get a email from them saying my order was canceled but i had never paid for the pool what a rip off company dont ever order from them your wasting your time and money STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered four Keter Eden benches in early June 2020 and they told me that they did not have the product in stock to ship out my order. The Covid pandemic slowed the delivery from the manufacturer in England and we were content wait (we need them for a wedding in July 2021). I sent an email every two months to see if they had any news on the delivery and they always responded that they did not. I would send an email that I would contact them in a couple of months. Most recently I sent them an email in mid Dec. 2020 and they simply responded... your order is cancelled. I sent a follow-up email explaining I was simply inquiring about delivery and did NOT want to cancel the order but have not heard back from them. Very poor Customer Service. Cancelling an order that we had already been waiting on for over 6 months with no explanation. Simply bad business ethics leading customers on for 6 months and cancelling the order with NO EXPLANATION. BAD COMPANY WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
