On April 23, I ordered an Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop from this rip off company and was billed $356.99 from my checking account. Estimated delivery was quoted for May 7-May 23. It is now June 2, and I have no laptop or communication from them. $356.99 is a lot of money to steal and is considered a felony in Florida. I will be following up with state and federal authorities (thief over internet and interstate) as well as my general counsel to investigate what is going on with this scam operation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OPERATION.

I paid $122,99 for a Tankless Hot Water Heater that was listed as a new heater. I have yet to receive the item or a refund. I emailed their useless "customer support" three times. This item should have been shipped the next day and been here by now. I live in Ohio. Fraud across state lines is a federal felony. I have reported them to the Florida Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division, IC3.gov (the FBI online fraud unit), and the Palm Beach County Sheriff for prosecution. If you have been scammed by these guys, you need to take the time to file as well. The BBB is worthless. You need to file criminal complaints against them.

I guess these guys like the idea of being $#*! raped in prison.

Like everyone else, they took my money but didnt ship the product. They promised a refund within 2 weeks but did not give me a refund. The site raised many red flags with me but I stupidly completed the "purchase" anyway. BE SMART. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. UPDATE: I notified them on April 8 that I hadnt received the refund. They never sent it. This is what they do: LIE!

I ordered products in Feb that I never received. After a month I asked for a refund and was told on a weekly basis that it was sent out. They then told me that I didn't get my check because I left out my apt. #. That was a lie! I checked back on all my emails and my apt # was included. Then I realized that I had been SCAMMED and looked at their reviews only to find many of the same experiences. Basically they are STEALING people's hard earned money. I sent them a few reviews and told them that if I didn't receive my refund, I too would be writing a scathing review. Their response, "Those reviews were written by morons like you". I wrote to them that I would contact the FBI Cyber fraud dept. if I didn't get my refund. No response. I'll give them 48 hours and then will start an FBI & IRS investigation. I'm not letting go of this. It's disgusting!

I would give a negative rating if I could. I purchased a printer from them in December 2019. They charged my CC for the purchase immediately. I was then notified that this product had not been received from their supplier and would take 4 weeks to get. I waited. 4 weeks goes by and the same answer, 4 weeks... long story short, it is now the middle of March 2020 and still no printer and no idea when they will be getting them in. This product is STILL on their website for purchase! They DO NOT have this product, but they still have my money!. Do not purchase from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Florida State Attorney General's office!

I was very skeptical when making my coffee machine purchase at Rent A Product. First of all it was $150 cheap than anywhere else on the internet and second because the company reviews are awful I sent for it anyway since I can always get the money back from my bank if I never receive the product.
What do you know? I received my Breville coffee maker in the mail today. It was 1.5 months after making the purchase. I called the number on the site twice and a nice gentleman both times told me it will be mailed up to 5-7 days after 01/15. I received a tracking info on 01/24 and machine arrived 01/25. Its is brand new and I am very pleased.

I came across a link to their site from OfferUp promising a very good deal on a brand new 4moms mamaRoo. The ad led me to another site which was the rentrproductsonline.com asking for a check online as the only option of payment. This is all signs of classic fraud and me working at a bank I should have known better but I was so caught up with the good deal I lost my good sense! After waiting a few weeks for my product, I called to follow up on the status of my delivery which is when I was informed the item would take as long as 30 days to be delivered. The 30 days came and went and my momaRoo never came. My son had already purchased the item and now my grand baby is 2 months old and no mamaRoo and no refund check that I was promised on 11/15 has been received. I then reached out again recently and they are now confirming mailing address and promise to cancel and resend the check but after looking at many reviews online I am seeing that no one has ever received their check for goods not received. This site MUST be shut down immediately! I am surprised there is not a law protecting customers against fraud for checks online! And to think this is happening right here in the USA! This place a scam! Please protect consumers from this fraudulent site!
