Same as all the others, but they won't even pretend or say they will send my money back.
After not shipping my purchase, I got in contact with them at which time they said it would be delivered within 30 days (note they did not say it could take longer, nor did it say up to 30 days at time of purchase). After 30 days I inquired why it did not ship, they said it would take 1-3 more weeks, which clearly means nothing, you'll just get more broken commitments. After 42 days I contacted them again and they said they are no longer able to help me, goto the BBB. They refuse to respond via all available methods (they don't give a phone number), and seemingly refuse to refund my money at all. So I did write a review and opened a case against them with the BBB, whose rating for them is F, and I'm the 75th case opened so far. They don't have possession of hardly items they are "selling", but want you to prepay them and maybe someday that year they might stumble across your product... doubtful and now they think they are going to keep my money, but I'm pretty motivated to stop people from stealing from me without consequence. At what point does someone shutdown a complete scam and prosecute?

I ordered a tv from this company in July, at that time could not find much information about them online good or bad. The price for the tv was about $50 less then other online retailers so I ordered from them. What followed, was delay after delay in the shipping of my order so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Again delay after delay (check was lost in the mail - yeah right!). By this time I was able to find more info about the company online. The BBB in Lake Worth Florida had dozens of complaints and an "Alert" on there website about them. Checked Google Maps and their listed address is the address of a pack and ship company (like a ups store) where you can rent a post office box! After literally dozens of phone calls and e-mails, I did eventually receive a refund in October! Save yourself the aggravation, buy from a legit company.

That the price seemed "too good to be true" should have been a very big red flag!
I ordered the product, the funds were taken from my checking account; what followed were promises of delayed product delivery and after I cancelled the order promises of a delayed refund. I never received the product, never received the refund. After I filed a complaint with the BBB I received the this message: "We are no longer able to assist you." TOTAL SCAM! Stay away!

This company has for customer service. I ordered something in August and kept calling to check on my order status because they kept telling me it would be mailed out. I never got mailed out the customer service was really rude. The guy asked me if I knew how to count and that the product will be here in 10 days. I asked him not to talk to me like that and asked his name. He hung up on me and blocked my phone number. And I still have no product or refund.

I am appalled by this company's tactics! I was told my re-issued check would be sent on Sept 6th. I got an email with a tracking number. After my $#*!ty phone call to them, for the 10th time, I wrote a horrible review on this company. They completely deserve what I said. I am writing this addendum because shortly after I got the notification they resent the check, they emailed to say that we're cancelling my refund due to my review. #1 that is ILLEGAL! You cannot decide to withhold someone's refund because you don't like what they said about your $#*!ty business. That is my opinion and I am entitled to that. I have reported them for fraud and have taken this issue up with my bank for fraudulent charges. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They will screw you over!

This company seems to be a fraudulent website. I ordered a Roomba vacuum system from these people at what I thought was a good deal, but it has been a disaster ever since. I ordered the product on 6-25-19. They acknowledged my order. On 7-2-19, they deducted payment ($384.99) from my credit union and said I would received an email as soon as the product shipped. By 7-15-19, still no shipping email, but a referral to their "Shipping Policy" found in very small font at the bottom of their webpage. It basically says products ship between 14-30 days, BUT, it might take longer due to their supply and demand orders. I cancelled my order on 7-16-19 and told them to refund my money. They again acknowledged my cancellation and said they would "mail me a check" within 3-5 days, and if I did not receive it by 7-30-19, to immediately let them know. By 7-31-19, no check. Again, another excuse apology and they said they would cancel the first check and send me a new one. It's now 8-5-19 and still no refund. I believe they are a bunch of crooks and will give me another excuse when I complain again, but no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE DESPITE WHAT APPEAR TO BE GOOD PRICES. They will take your money and give you nothing in return. I've filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, and the Florida Attorney General's Office.
