I have had repairs done by Reimage on two occasions. I am not tech savvy and found the technicians to be good mannered, patient, efficient and very helpful. They discussed with me, in plain languaged talk, the faults being found, and how they could have been caused. They advised me on how to avoid such things in the future. After the programme was complete my pc, a laptop, was vastly improved... I found my experience with Reimage staff to be informative and helpful in the way I use my pc. Able to resolve a couple of minor issues as well as some more serious ones that I didn't know I had. Only problem was with mobile phone contact from overseas that did not work on my phone

This is a great experience as didn't realise there was so much wrong with my computer I really was amazed when I saw the errors, I don't use my computer as much as did normally when I was needing it for my craft and photos, but this programme has been a God send and would highly recommend to everyone who wants there computer running well, and the staff are very polite and the price I paid for this service was very good, better prices for longer periods.
