I had several / many viruses on my laptop. So i contacted reimage as they came up on screen as an option. Things were explained to me that i had not known before referring to protection or clean up and complete protection. It was all done remotely including payment (paypal) of which i became a bit nervous. I was wrong they have done a great job and i am now far more relaxed and feel more secure. Go for. Antivirus protection and thats what you get, its not so cheap but if you want to protect your ip address then this seems to be the way. Im sure many will tell me different, but then im hardly an expert. I know i had to much crap on this device and now its gone.

The technical support team resolved, over 2 plus days, resolved a series of issues: extremely slow bootup and operating apps, 2x2 wifi card not functioning and low speeds, and HP Officejet Pro 8620 would not connect up to wifi network after upgrading Router and 2019. Windows 10 Upgrades September. This was preceded by my 12-16 hrs trying to resolve all especially HP 8620 issues and wifi download and upload speed. I have experience although am 76 yrs old but used Windows/DOS for past 25 years plus.

I have a two year old laptop that worked perfectly until recently when sound dropped out of all videos I tried playing. Strangely enough, the time the video plays until sound stops differs. I can watch for 20 minutes until I lose sound. After that it happens more frequently, until eventually sound falls away after about 30 seconds.
The problem exists with YouTube, twich...
In YouTube, when I pause the video and wait a while, the sound starts but falls away again shortly. Also, when I click on the progress bar and the video reloads, sound comes back as well.
I have tried everything i could nothing worked until i downloaded reimageplus software with just one click all my problemes solved. I highly recommend it.
