I downloaded it from a company that advertised to be able to remove a certain Malware, the text implied that if I downloaded that specific program, all my worries would be over. So, innocently I downloaded your program which I had come before in various websites and I had already determined that it is a very expensive program. Especially in US Dollars, that I did not even bother to download as recognized the name and knew from experience that the price is way too high, at least for me, a very Senior Citizen without even a trial plan, but you asked for a review and this is it.

I was checking this product myself and tried it without consulting all the hive mind people on the web. I got to say this is rather amusing because i did find their program helpful to fix all the damage that was caused to my computer software after a virus attack, it restored some of the files that were erased and my computer actually works a little faster now, i guess thank god for small mercies.

That is what i get on my mailbox date october 16,2015 from reimage support, and until now i don't get anything else even though they PC World said on july 25 this software are Fantastic and on Nov 17 Reimage Implements nanoRep For Easy Customer Support,

I don't need ticket i need answer how long it take to review my simple question?

I had to reformat my C drive and reinstall Windows 7 soon after buying this programme. When I tried to use it again the licence key was invalid so I asked for this to be reinstated and got no reply. After a week I sent an email asking for a refund as I was still in the 60 day period but they still didn't give me back my money, they just kept me hanging then told me I was out of time. I would advise people to think very carefully before buying this software from these people.

This business is supposed to analyze and repair files, add updates, etc. As far as I can tell, it doesn't do very much. The updates installed are older, and often cause you to replace and/or do some repairing of newer updates yourself. This business does not analyze Office. I have read of many, many reviewers having to sort out their files, because they have become corrupted after Reimage has "restored the OS to its original condition." I consider myself lucky, because I only dealt with reimage deleting Firefox, which is not part of Windows, any time I used Reimage's site. $69.95 per year is too much for this product. But if you want, they will try to sell you other products. Sorry I ran into and used this company. Good luck on getting your money back.

Similar situation - purchased the product for $19.95 - next day received an email saying they charged me $39.95. Ran the product and was on the phone with tech support - long story short they wanted to use my laptop for a few days to fix an issue that should have been fixed the first time I used the software. Definitely would not suggest using. After the first use I had to restore my laptop back prior to the installation since it was taking 10 minutes to bring up IE and about 7 minutes for Outlook. After restore all was back to fast response times.

I believe this business is a sham. I downloaded their software and it worked fine the first time i used it, but then the next time it malfunctioned. It got in a loop and kept repeating the same thing. I e-mailed them about the problem and they gave me a ticket number and said they would get back. That was Fri, Dec 19, and I have not heard from them (Dec. 22) and I sent an additional e-mail and no response. I was going to delete the program and I got a warning that it could cause damage, so I have not done anything as of yet.
