Despite to obvious costs, I am delighted to know that the PC is now running faster and is clear of all foreign bodies. The help extended was pleasantly passed on and proved to be necessary. I am hopeful that the same effect can be achieved with my Wife's Laptop tomorrow. Not sure I welcome the time spent, but if as a consequence it avoids further problems, then the time and monies spent can be justified, Again many thanks for the help and time given.

Yes it was good for me i will share the experience. From start to finish step by step thorough inspection and cleaning of the computer for any viruses. The technician did a really good job of removing issues with my operating system (Windows 10 Pro). He then went through setting up a new user to remove the corrupt user profile, He tested the system and had me try out various programs to ensure issues were resolved.
