I spent hundreds of dollars for their service and the last 4 times I contacted them for assistance they haven't helped anything, I spent 10 hours on the phone with them yesterday and nothing was resolved. Some employees are rude when you get frustrated with them for not helping. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your money and don't bother. Truly a waste of everyone's time and energy and money.
I purchased Reimage today and when I tried to activate it i had to call to have it activated. They did a scan of my computer and said it was infected with a virus and they could fix it for $$$. While I was on the phone there was a power interuption. Now my computer won't boot up even in safe mode. Don't waste your money!

I called Restoro about a computer problem that their software program didn't fix. They promised to get it fixed guranteed but I would have to allow remote operation of my PC to repair it. Only later did I find out that the repair was done by an outfit called Reimage Plus. The Restoro representative was very slick and easily talked me into paying for a three-year repair service agreement costing $611 (U.S. Dollars). I could have bought a new laptop for that money. Was that kind of expenditure worthwhile? Only after three years will I know. Reimage Plus [located in the UK] will not provide a full refund unless I allow them to restore my PC back to the way it was before they repaired it. I feel like I got scammed. I would accept a cancellation of the 2nd and 3rd year of service for a refund of $400 dollars.

This company advertises a servicxe for 1 year and tghe invariably they do a scan and tell you you need to buy the upgraded package. Thew woman i had was rude. They "record the conversations for quality and training purposes." I would love to play it back - clearly the company's phil0osophy and marching orders to the tech you speak with is "sell the upgrade..." Very arrogant whenm I told her I just want the package I was sold and her response is..."oh I understand you dont really want to fix the problem" RUN, DO NOT WALK -RUN FROM THESE SHYSTERS!

I used this as a last ditch effort to fix my laptop that suddenly crashed right before my midterm and the help webiste i was on looking for solutions said this was good. Well it didnt work so i went to get my money back and after being passed around to 4 or 5 customer service reps asking the same questions i had answered cause they didnt look at the previous chats i had no responses for over 2 weeks and had assumed i was scammed. Then out of nowhere i got an email from reimage escalations saying they canceled my subscription and refunded me. So in the end they did right but it was an awful process to get there. I sent a lot of emails all had screenshots of my previous emails and pictures of my computer being broken. If youre a masochist youll love the site.

They advertise to fix your PC for $ 27.95 but that is only for PC scan. THEN, if you want them to fix the problem they "find" it is a variety of upcharge options that can be HUNDREDS of $$$. OH, and you dont get the $ 27.95 back. Norton fixed it in 20 minutes for $19.95. Very nice woman on the phone but otherwise a total waste of $$

I purchased this product on the recommendation from Firefox and others, as a way to get rid of the 'Yahoo Search Redirect' malware on my computer. After downloading the program and running it and rebooting; the issue was still there. No fix.

When brought to my attention there was several vires on this computer not sure when this happened. This is a new computer not had time to go to any sites not sure where they came from.
