Please guys if you don't want to be fraud don't even book anything from this app. I booked one hotel from this app and when I went to that hotel after paying money in taxi and all, hotel reception staff he said they didn't get any online booking and my money was deducted. When I spoke to customer service executive threw call and email they said your money will be refund between 48 hours, today almost one month finish refund money is too far they stop even giving reply.
Better to pay little extra money, but don't book anything from this app.
I even have all proof.

Booked a flight and received an email that they will send the air ticket not more than 30 minutes. 30 minutes long time passed and received an email saying Refund Processed (June 20,2023) but no refund at all. I have been waiting for my refund for more than 3 months now. This site has caused me so much stress because the money I used for booking was so precious coz I saved it for long time, hoping to see my family. Until now no refund. Customer service answers like an automated machine, "always the same". They don't understand how the customers are feeling when we are just asking for our money back? Whether you talk to them politely or angrily, they just won't care, they are the worsts. Please stay away from this rehlat site, do not fall for scammers.

They will just reply that they your concern is on high priority but will not reply after. This is the worst app ever created on planet. Don not ever waste your money here! Not worth it and don't believe their offer. This is scam! It just gave me a nightmare, my payment was not credited to the hotel even after months of booking. There email will just reply the same just like the customer service, they are like robots. They will create a ticket and close it the next day. These people are living to scam others.

Made the booking and paid full amount in August and went for check in yesterday on booking date of 1 oct and found that there is no booking, pathetic customer service, called several times but no solution simple daylight robbery that take the Money and sleep

I had an utterly nightmarish experience with Rehlat.com that left me feeling deceived and stranded without any recourse. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone, and that's why I'm sharing my one-star review.
What Rehlat.com does is downright fraudulent. The day before my flight, they apparently used a different email address to request Spirit Airlines to cancel my reservation, all without my knowledge or consent. This is a clear violation of trust and customer rights.
Imagine my shock and frustration when I showed up at the airport, only to be told that my reservation had been canceled. Rehlat.com didn't bother to inform me or provide any explanation whatsoever. They left me high and dry, stranded without a flight.
Their shady business practices are beyond unacceptable. It's clear that Rehlat.com prioritizes their own interests over their customers' well-being. Deception and manipulation have no place in the travel industry.
To anyone considering booking through Rehlat.com, I implore you to look elsewhere. Don't fall victim to their underhanded tactics, as I did. Your hard-earned money and peace of mind are at risk with this company. Steer clear and protect yourself from their fraudulent system.
They'll show the cheapest tickets once you paid the next day or couple of days after that before your actually flight or hotel booking they will send an email saying price hike you didn't pay for the insurance where in real there has not been any price hike (confirmed through the official page of the airlines and the hotels) they will say we will refund you the amount it's been more than 2 months now and they haven't refunded even after multiple calls and emails

They take your money, then send an email at the last minute canceling the booking and then offer to refund your money in 3 weeks. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM
I completed a hotel booking and payment via Rehlat. The day before the reservation I received an email saying that my booking was cancelled due to teachnical error (with this spelling mistake that made me think it was a scam). I contacted the hotel and the reservation was cancelled. I haven't received a refund 12 days later.
I had the absolute worst experience with Rehlat! Over a year ago, I booked a hotel online for Italy through their website. They claimed I could pay at the hotel, but guess what? They collected the entire payment while finalising the online booking!
But here's the kicker: they canceled my entire booking in the dead of night, just hours before I was supposed to check in. My hotel reservation was a significant part of my tour cost, and they completely ruined my trip.
I've been chasing them for a refund ever since, but all they do is respond to my emails with excuses. They keep saying my case is a "priority," but it's been over a year of their ridiculous delay tactics.
I did some research online, and it's abundantly clear that Rehlat is nothing but a professional scam operation. They've been pulling these tricks on countless others too. Stay away from them at all costs!

I booked a flight back in June from BNE to MEL. After 10 min I got an email that my flight had been cancled. After 3 months, I cloudn't get my money back. I called them more than 20 times. They lie every time that we will refund you but nothing has happened.
I got a ticket and pay, and then they asked for a extra charge.
I cancelled the tickets and never got the refund.

Rehlat site, a fraud site, cancels the reservation, and you receive a message that the reservation could not be confirmed, and we will refund you the financial value within twenty working days, and you will never receive the money after that. Please read comments and reviews on social media and travel groups. They are fraudsters, please be careful
Rehlat cancelled my reservation the night before my flight and offered no explanation other than "the airline says you cancelled your flight." I did NOT cancel my non-refundable ticket! Neither Rehlat nor Spirit airlines could offer an explanation or a solution. In the end, I didn't get a refund, the flight was no longer available and I had to pay for another flight! This was an absolute nightmare experience & I am never using either services again!

It's hard to believe that they don't even care about the countless bad reviews. I share the same problem as others of trying to extract a refund of a €1487.98 for 36 days. The constant auto reply with further false promises is irritating to say the least. If it's a ploy to get me tired of countless emails and to stop me complaining it wont work. I will now email every day until I get my refund I will also put an update here every day. This is unacceptable behaviour. C.B.
