Rehat took double the ticket fare off me & didnt issue the ticket for hours. I therefore assumed they were fraudulent & bought another ticket. Later when they finally issued a ticket I asked for a refund which they promised me. Never heard from them again. Should be shut down. Scammers. RUN! I
I swear to god, these people will scam you. No ifs, buts, or maybes about it. They are a literal scam.
Stay away from this website. I have made a hotel reservation in March for a November trip. Fifteen days before the trip, they decided to cancel the reservation. If I had not called the hotel to confirm, I would have arrived at the location with no room. When I called for some solution, they just said the system had a glitch, and my booking was canceled; no solution, no options, and no manager to talk to—a very unreliable website. Save yourself from a headache.
I reserved a ticket November 2022 and after payment, turned our to be fake and asked for more money. I refused and asked for refund and I have been calling their customer support for a year now with no response.

I've been SCAMMED and I'm FURIOUS! Rehlat has proven to be nothing but a DISGUSTING company with ZERO regard for its customers. They CANCELED my booking for NO REASON and have been playing games with my hard-earned money ever since!
For over a MONTH, I've been given the same LAME excuse that my refund is being "processed." What a JOKE! Every time I email them, they just COPY and PASTE a robotic response, showing absolutely NO interest in resolving my issue.
Rehlat is a THIEF in disguise, taking advantage of innocent travelers like you and me. They are quick to TAKE your money, but when it comes to providing the service you paid for or giving a refund, they conveniently DISAPPEAR!
I'm DONE being treated like a FOOL by this company. Let me be the WARNING SIGN you need to AVOID Rehlat at all costs! Don't fall into their TRAP like I did. They are experts at RUINING your travel plans and leaving you empty-handed.

I booked the ticket on 26th June 2023, but the booking has not been done from the Rehlat side, It's almost 120 days, and there is no response from Rehlat, they are doing very rued with the customer, not refunding the amount yet. We need immediate action from your side, and fully refund the amount, still, there is no response it's a worst case,

What is status of my ticket
I booked a ticket on wego using Rehlat.This was on18th June 2023 and the ticket was cancelled by rehlat claiming there are no seats.I got a promise I will get refund but nothing yet after about 5 months.I called your customer service more than 20 times.I wrote more than 7 emails.Uptill now I got nothing.
First of all customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! Second on their website they claimed of an offer may be applied if you download the app which was never applied when I checked out. Crap and useless!
They're definitely a scam! Fake emails, rude customer service, and overall bad experience. Do not book through them. If anyone has went through this as well report them to www.ftc.gov just like I am about to do!

Very, very, very disappointing experience with Rehlat! Beware – this company feels like a complete scam. I booked a hotel through them and faced immense challenges from the get-go. Upon reaching the hotel, I was left stranded, forcing me to send 5 emails and make 8 desperate calls to their customer service - all of which were met with generic, unhelpful responses or, worse, silence.
I was left waiting at the hotel for an excruciating 5 hours. Left with no choice, I had to make a direct booking with the hotel just to secure a stay for the night. The pinnacle of their incompetence was a message the next day afternoon – after my stay date – casually mentioning that my booking was cancelled.
Now, a month after this fiasco, not only have they failed to process the promised refund, but they've also gone radio silent, with zero updates through email or phone. This isn't just bad customer service; it's a complete disregard for their clients. Anyone considering their services, please think twice. The stress, financial loss, and utter lack of responsibility from Rehlat's side have been staggering
We booked hotel and paid in full, we checked with hotel it was booked. We flew 4 hours arrived at our hotel to find rehlat had cancelled our hotel. They are not answering calls or emails, we had to find somewhere to sleep, nearly 4 days and they have ignored us. Will never use them again, book with reputable company, not rehlet.
Very bad management and service since 4 month my refund not yet receive I am sending to the almost 1000 email and calls. No one response.

They offer a refund policy, but they never give you the money back. I have booked a hotel via Rehlat in August 2023 and now we have middle of October 2023 and I am still waiting to get my refund back after canceling my booking. Their customer support is very bad and they keep sending the same generic emails, with no success or progress, so avoid booking with them, as they are zero reliable!
Don't EVER BOOK THREW rehlat. They are scammers. We booked threw them and the motel refused our stay. So we contacted rehlat and they issued our refund. It's been 3 months. So I requested it get out in my wallet to go on and use it. They said it would be faster. They keep telling us 24 hours it's been 7 days. And still haven't got it. You will never get your refund. They are scamers

Worst customer service you will experience. No customer service at all and probably last time to book with u in addition to a bad review from my end. How come i do not get a confirmation about my booking after you withdraw the money from credit card?!
I have called at least 15 times since I was promised a refund on September 5th (as proven in these images). This company continues to lie and will not issue my refund request.
I have now reached out to my bank, a lawyer, as well as the Dubai Consumer Rights Board. I will not stop until I get my money back.

They take your money and give you fake bookings, when you go to hotel there wont be any bookings. They wont give you refund, its been more than one month i am chasing them for my money. They keep your money in their account and making interest out of it, some lucky people got refund after ministry level complaint has been lodged against them.

Then all officers also come to check the ticket, then only we know this ticket is duplicate. After flight starting i was call again customer care they told me your ticket is cancel. You request the refund or you need another ticket, we are asking please refund our money in my bank account, they telling within 24 hours you get your amount but still now we are not get our money. Daily we are calling customer care they telling.with in few hours, with in 24 hours, with in 48 hours i will transfer your amount like that the same answer repeated in past 2 months. But they are not take any step only formality asking. We are waiting for our money, then only i am booking my family ticket.
