This place is horrible, there is no customer service and they lock you into a contract that you can't get out of. They claim that you can't talk to anyone unless you send an email to their help desk in which they only email you. Totally horrible! Not good, don't bother.
We were quoted three different prices by two different people. Regus local staff created two accounts and were either completely unwilling or uninterested in fixing them. At one point we had paid five months ahead in rent but we kept receiving threatening emails that our account was post due. Local staff either could not or would not help resolve the issue. After two months of failed onboarding, we tried to cancel our contract and neither the local or national office would entertain the idea.
If you want a hassle-free virtual office, go somewhere else.
Rented an office space with an agreed term and fixed price and a 2 months free: After signing the contract in september, made a deposit of £830 refundable deposit, ivas invoiced that same month and it went on like that, I ask myself where was the free 2 months? The agreed priced increased, i realised i was being ivoiced 2 times higher than was agrred till date, my deposit has not been refunded, and yet the country aids its and supports criminals..
I ended my lease for office space in 11/2020. It is now April 9st, 2020 and I still have-nots received my retainer deposit of over $2200. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called literally 30 times without resolution. Every time I call, I receive a different excuse of why I have not received my retainer deposit. It took 22 calls just to speak to a manager. The manager claims Regus doesn't have the ability to cut a physical paper check and the only way I can receive refund is via a bank transfer. I bank at a major bank (Chase) and have verified the correct domestic incoming wire transfer 4 times and Regus still says it isn't correct. There is no excuse to explain this run around other than unethical business tactics to avoid refunding my deposit per the contract. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau\
I need all the help I can get to finally help the 1000's of businesses that are and have gotten scammed by Regus, including myself the justice we deserve in NH SUPREME COURT. I got their case, DISMISSED twice, which accused me of non-payment, when in fact they stole $4,900 from me, and I proved it with a receipt from their website. They had the manager, who stole my $4,900, along with calling me a name not worth repeating and is irrelevant to this case, pretend to step down, and put the new black associate, as the new Community Manager, to try to trick the court into thinking I'm pulling a card that does not exist, when in fact he and the attorney lied on a sworn affidavit, but the judge still let him testify again, the third time and disregarded my proof and I lost. I just filed in NH Supreme Court and I now have the chance to expose REGUS for the Frauds they really are. Pretty sure I'm over my head, but I will not quit. I even have a documentary that I've started to film back in December documenting everything. I NEED YOUR HELP to bring, I feel the worst Foreign Company To Touch America's soil to the foreground, so AMERICA's small businesses will not lose almost everything they have worked for, like I am right now and see this Un-American Company, face the music after so many years of robbing, and dancing on the hard work of our local companies. What type of unethical business is this company running, I wish I read all the complains about your company, very bad, this company is going to shut down soon. I get transferred and am on hold for some ridiculous amount of time. I have been trying to cancel a month to month contract. Again, no answer to that question. What a terrible policy and makes no sense if you cancel on 15th how on earth you charge me until April 30th if it is a 30 day notice. We are not fools here. What on earth is restoration fee if it is a month to month contract and a 30 day notice. You guys emailing me saying I owe two unpaid months of service. And your agents don't know anything they are very unhelpful It is like an endless parade of circular logic with you people.
They know they have bad reputation out there, they are using this subsidiary to rob people now. Beware of Rovva as well. Most of these virtual office companies are scammers. Get a PO Box instead.
I was a client of Regus Pune Camp and Hadapsar, they wont keep proper record of transaction and now asking money for lock down period when it was on peak

This company is definitely the worst company I had dealt with. They keep your security deposit and even charge you fee for keeping the security deposit. We emailed their help desk more than 10 times for the refund of our security deposit. Not helpful at all. This is definitely a company which steals money from the customers. I would suggest to stay away from this company.
I started an LLC, in December 2020. I wanted a virtual office space, so I went online and signed up for the 24 month agreement. They have a no early cancelation policy, that is not stated. So, when you call to inquire about the agreement, that's when they tell you that if you cancel payments, even during covid, it will go to collections. Even if you are not using their services. It's a complete ripoff, unless covid hasn't effected your ability to conduct business!
They cheated me, they said it was month after month and now they say that it automatically became a contract, they charged me for months and their application cannot be used.
Shabby offices, cleaning poor, horrible customer support and worst of all, hidden charges buried in the fine print. Anywhere but REGUS.
I regret I didn't see the comments here before I signed up. Avoid them if you can. 1) advanced charge; 2) fixed term (on their website, it says you can cancel with 1 month advanced notice; 3) deposit return is 30 days after the end date.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I needed an address for a state filing and was told I would have the address as soon as I completed the sign up and paid. WELL NOT TRUE ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Upon completion of the application and giving them my credit card, I was told it would take 48 hours to obtain the address. The address was needed IMMEDIATELY which was the reason I went with them - - I tried to cancel the service contract and there was absolutely nothing that they would do. In fact, it took 4 hours to get to talk with someone!
DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICE - - THE LIE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN DO NOTHING FOR YOU!
They bill 45 days before due date and charge late fees plus suspend accounts before payment is due even after payment is made prior to due date. Their support team speak like programmed robots.

We paid the January 1,2021 lease on December 23,2020 and we were charged a late fee and our account suspended on January 11,2021 even though you received the payment on 23/12/2020.

This company is a scam. They took money out of my account twice without permission. They tried to make me pay a retainer twice. I never even moved in the building.
If i do not pay rent they will report me to Collections. So i have been paying rent for the past 1 year an 3 months already. I lose my last client because of the pandemic the last January 2021. There is no way to keep paying rent to Regus. The other worse thing is that Regus does not call Rent, they call Service this is tricky for the lowers.
They made a mistake in registering two accounts in my name in early December and charged me double (2 months pre-pay plus 1. Months commission: this was two charges of 17,000czk.)
They were to refund the 17,000 overcharge 3 weeks ago, and despite a couple of reminders I have not received any of it.
This company is AWFUL and not to be trusted. We signed a contract with them to rent a space. AFTER we signed the lease they informed us of extra charges that were not mentioned beforehand. They would NOT negate the contract. We are likely going to be taking them to court. DO NOT do business with them as they are not to be trusted.

Answer: Scammers. Charging you for services never provided. Charging you for months (11 months in my case) AFTER you cancel the service. There is ZERO customer service. They don't pick up phone, never help, never answer hepldesk emails. That is it, they just charge you.
