Redeem Vacation definitely made this enjoyable experience for me for my FIRST TIME EVER IN MIAMI from start to finish. The checking in process and staff at the Gates Hotel South Beach Hilton was excellent. The inside of the hotel in general is beautiful. The hotel room would get a 3 out of 10 review. The View was terrible unable to see anything just a large wall and a lot of construction noise. I will definitely book with redeem vacation again but prolly a different hotel

It was a Gift for me being a valuable customer for many years to the Tax Expert family they decided to reward me and my family with this amazing gift. I personally have never been to Hawaii and this is a bucket list dream vacation for me. I am truly humbled at the experience and grateful.

I will be celebrating my birthday with this trip. I won a raffle with Ms. Becton and decided to plan the trip on my birthday. I had no prior plans for these dates. The overall experience was easy and I'm looking forward to a good time. First time in Miami

It is easy to redeem online, But using this redemption gift for the first time and we are excited to have a trip in next 18 months.

It was very easy to sign up, and a very good price

The quality of the hotel options we're poor. And the rates were pretty high to upgrade the room. The names of the hotels seem like they are just on random streets in Mexico

It was free for us, except for the fees. But in order for us to get this, we had to put up with very aggressive sales people. They did NOT want to except the word NO! We weren't interested in purchasing their time share property. The whole conversation got very heated. And we will never ever attend another time share presentation from any company.

The hidden hotel is in a good location. It was a little to dark for my liking, I didn't care for the view(just buildings), staff was very friendly and no microwave in the room,( it was one down stairs though I found out later).
I was also able to get a weekend stay without paying any extra. Im just giving my opinion it's not a complaint. Overall I'll give the experience with redeem vacations a 4 out of 5 stars!

Gift for attending a financial webinar. Disappointed that you only find what hotels and dates are available AFTER you pay all the fees and taxes. I have 18months to use gift and travel. Though dates available are not 18 months out from date I redeemed. Also states only 4/5 star hotel options to choose from. I was only offered 2 hotels no matter what dates I requested and one is rated only 3 stars. If I had known how restricted the options were I would not have redeemed the vacation!
