I has been good so far, very user friendly and I reached out with some questions which were answered for me quickly. I have not decided on the dates yet, will be working on that soon
Everything is fast, the form is easy to complete, the waiting time for a first response is negligible. However I have not yet made a reservation because I do not have too much choice in hotel. And for the next dates, I can't do anything because everything is pink.
Good, no complaints so far. Ready to go on vacation!

The process to redeem my vacation was quick and easy.
So far everything is going smoothly! The process is easy and self explanatory which makes it organized!
We had a great family vacation. The hotel was very nice. Excellent location on the beach. There was many pools and options for families with small children.

The reservation scheduled for my name and card was booked in error and unauthorized! I reached out a few hours after I noticed the charge on my card! I want my money back!
The site is ok and mostly user-friendly. However, it would be better if a list of hotels were listed that is available to be booked rather than based on availability. I have no idea what's available in the area at all.
