I ordered a dress online and it was delivered ahead of schedule in adorable packaging! Unfortunately it was too large, and although I debated returning it for a refund, I went ahead and ordered a smaller size and I received a refund on the first dress the same day the return was requested. Amazing customer service, response and personalization! Thank you RedBubble, you have quickly become a new go to site for me!

Well after ordering a tee shirt online it arrives within 4 days and looks great. One problem was it was way too small. So I contacted Redbubble and within 2 hours the issue was resolved and a new tee shirt was made. They said the old tee shirt could go to a friend or a charity. We will be donating it to Greyhound Adoptions W. A. who help many rescued Greyhounds get new homes. Many thanks Redbubble for such great service.
RedBubble's customer service is some of the best I've encountered. I've now purchased 8 t-shirts from them, and every single time RedBubble does everything it can to make sure I am satisfied.
After I received my first order of 5 t-shirts, I found that the medium size I ordered was way too big for me. I then went to setup a return with RedBubble, but instead of having me send back the T's, they sent me 5 BRAND NEW T's in small size, and they all fit perfectly! And not only that, they gave me free expedited shipping because I was leaving on vacation and they wanted to make sure I had them before I left! And now I have 5 medium free t-shirts that I did not intend to have, so slowly over the last few months I've been giving them to my friends.
With my second order of a graphic tee, after I washed the tee, some weird linting happened all over the graphic portion of the shirt. I emailed RedBubble with pictures asking if it was normal, and they pretty much said, "definitely not! We've already started production on your replacement. Donate the old one or give it away."
I can't think of a way that RedBubble could have done any better in both situations.
And any customers on this site with bad reviews of RedBubble are clearly in the midst of some confusion that I'm sure RedBubble has or will straighten out. I'd bet the farm that for every single bad review on here, RedBubble had done or will do everything in its power to rectify it.

Ordered a t-shirt which arrived quickly. Great quality product but I ordered the wrong size. RedBubble replaced without hesitation. So impressed with service and quality of t-shirt that I've ordered another for a friend. Would highly recommend using RedBubble to others.
Excellent quick service. Discount was calculated on basis of 20% rather than 25% but I won't quibble. Well done as always!
In the end my card was charged 4 times fir 1 order so i payed $200 for $50 worth of products. I tired to find a number to call someone at but all they have is that little chat with clueless people on the other line that have no idea how to actually help you. I would recommend that you stay away from the site its a scam.
I have placed my first (and last) order to their site. Checkout, paid in full with credit card, they took my money immediately from my account. I got suspicios when I have seen no email coming with a summary of my order. Enter in My account section on their website, check the order and surprise: "Payment Failed". Really? They just took my 300 USD. Contacted their support which said that it was a technical issue and will be refunded after some days... Of course this will not happen. Just lost 300 USD...

This site is the worst. Design your own tee shirt and silkscreen it yourself. It will take less time than trying to get a straight answer out of these folks.

Most of my order turned up on time, some items appear to have got lost in the post which happens. I emailed redbubble to tell them I was missing items and they emailed back within 2 hours to tell me they were reprinting the items, shipping them free of charge and that if the lost ones turn up don't worry about it. Thank you redbubble for the excellent service.

I ordered a T-shirt for my boyfriend for his birthday and i got eh right size for him, but unfortunately it did not fit right. So i requested an exchange for the size and was prepared to sent back the old one in exchange for the new size. The response time on the website said between 4 and 24 hours. Well i got a response time in 10 minuets! I was told i did not have to return the old one also! I am blown away by the customer service and will definitely recommend this website to my friends and family!
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
