I ordered a product and was not satisfied with the crispness of the art work and thought the printer had failed. I submitted a complaint to RedBubble and Karla reviewed. She found there was nothing wrong as the original design was followed but still offered me a credit or refund. Since it was my fault I accepted neither and will keep the original order as it was my fault for not looking closely when I ordered. I just want to say thank you to Karla and RedBubble for stepping up.

I can't believe the variety in what redbubble has to offer. It's not your common cool T-shirt site. It's much much more then that. From clothes for men, women and children to phone cases, decor and even stationary. It doesn't matter what you like. If its videogames, anime, music, or even the most random things you can think of. I just gotta say the artists that provide for redbubble are definitely top notch.
We bought both the t-shirt and 4 stickers. My daughter loves the funky, playful design.
I did not give a 5 because of the items are pricer than comparable items off the retail stores. But, the service is great!
Ordered a FUNCLE T-shirt in a Large and as soon as I saw it I knew it was a bit on the small size. No problem as I thought I'd just exchange it for an XL and if necessary pay for a new one. On requesting an exchange I was pleasantly surprised that I instantly received an email saying that a replacement was on it's way and no need to return the one that doesn't fit. Today I have received the new T-Shirt which is perfect... thanks so much RedBubble

My first order was totally pleased with. Had a tracking number... it was here quickly. The current order has not been a good experience. Shipped on the 8th but still have not received it with no tracking number available. Was told by Jonathan that it would be here on 9-22-17... still has not arrived. Yesterday Elijah said he would re-issue another order and delivery should be October 1,2017. Hoping that the dresses will eventually arrive!
I've been ordering from RedBubble for a while now, they always have the exact geeky shirts I want, and more. I've only had a problem with an order one time, and that was resolved very quickly, in a very professional manner. Amazing customer service if ever needed, great products, good quality. Overall, never had a bad experience with them.
I was really worried that the gift I was considering buying wouldn't arrive in time for my friend's birthday. The customer service rep, Azisah assured me REPEATEDLY that it would get there in time (2 weeks from the purchase date) and so I went ahead with the purchase. The gift didn't arrive. I'd earlier been told that I could track the parcel's location. This wasn't true. A second customer service rep, Jonathon gave me contradictory advice (apparently I should have known that the parcel might take much longer to get there). It quickly became clear that the delivery time stated on the site (and confirmed by Azisah) was totally unrealistic. There was no way the parcel was ever going to get to my friend's address in time. RedBubble lied to me so I'd go ahead with my purchase. Nothing was done to expedite delivery. Jonathon barely listened to what I was saying. He was insensitive, unapologetic and pretty unpleasant to deal with. Don't trust these guys with anything that matters to you.

However, I would really appreciated giving me fast shipping since the delay in the first order wasnt my fault and when I paid for the standard shipping in the first time it said that the order will reach me in 3 weeks and after 4 weeks she told me that there was a postal problem and that my order needs another 3 weeks, I would really like to have it with me faster with no extra payments since I shouldve had it a week ago from now and I paid for that.
Absolutely no package ever arrived at my home. Nonetheless, I was told my gift had arrived, and the only means I had of telling Redbubble of this was to go through an improper part of their "help" section which actually allowed for my feedback to be inputted. They also have not elected to expedite the replacement in any way, meaning that my wife will get her birthday present a week late. Imagine if this had not been sent to my home or while I was not present. I would have had no idea of RedBubble's failure to do basic e-commerce until my recipient asked why I never gave them a present (if they thought to ask at all).

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
