I ordered a poster which was damaged on arrival, the replacement never arrived. Contact wirh Customer services was frustrating, with them insisting on cancelling my order rather than honouring it as I wanted, this made me think they thought I was lying about not receiving the poster and was trying to get one free. I had to go back into site to re order the poster (I couldnt find it on another site, or I wouldnt have used them again) I posted a less than happy review of the service and was contacted by them and they had seen that I had re ordered the poster so refunded my postage costs. This was a gift for someone, and eventually they got it a month late. I have had good quality stuff from Redbubble in past but would be cautious about using again.
The quality of the totes bags from RedBubble is excellent and the designs are really lovely. The quality of service is also second to none. I needed to return one of the bags as I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size. The support team were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to help me. I would definitely order from RedBubble again.
I've ordered so many times from RedBubble and everything I've ever gotten has always been good quality; shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, notebooks & especially their tough phone cases, I swear by their durability I've drop my phone quite often. Sometimes they're cute and send you a tiny colouring book and pencil crayons or a cool sticker too.
I was looking for something that had to do with Carl Sagan and at the same that had a sense of humor. I found tons of stuff! Compared to other sites where you can hardly find something sort of, kind of, but not really like what you were looking for. I found other stuff I was looking for in the past. And the best thing of all, it's good quality and most of it (if not all) made in USA.

I probably won't shop here again because the t-shirt itself seemed thin and low quality. It's too bad because I really loved the design and they were really well-recieved by the guys I gave them to.
My shirt, one of a kind, is awesome, perfect, and it arrived in three days. The art is bright and clear, the material of a very nice quality. Can't beat that anywhere.
Have purchased a fair range of tees, hoods, and bags from Redbubble and have had only a couple of issues that have been resolved quickly and to satisfaction! Ordering is super easy and delivery has always been on time and with no problems.
The only issue I have been having lately is trying to pick from all the amazing and unique designs found on this site. Wow!
Wide variety of fun designs - its so hard to choose, quality of product is amazing, delivery is surprisingly quick and service is extremely helpful and accomadating :)

Customer service was okay, BUT NO ONE THOUGHT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER. If you look at the tracking, it says UPS is still waiting for the package, SO THE PACKAGE NEVER SHIPPED. ALL I WANTED WAS SOME $#*!ING STICKERS AND ITS BEEN A MONTH.

Ordered a shirt that looked cool enough on the website. It arrived over a week late and the print on the shirt looks terrible. Very low quality and it isn't even fitted to the shirt so you can't actually tell what it is.

I ordered a poster from this site as a gift. The poster only took maybe a week to get to me. But when it arrived, the quality of the product was so poor, I was honestly angry. I ordered a poster of Nic Cage, and on the site it was shown as movie poster, professional quality. Sharp, vibrant colors, centered. But the poster I received in the mail was so pixelated I honestly wouldn't have been able to tell who was on it if I hadn't ordered the poster myself. It looks like a copy and paste project that a middle schooler put together for their first computer class. I ended up receiving the poster for free after my complaint. And even still, I don't want to keep it.
Having said all of that, their customer service department is excellent. I sent in an angry email last night about wanting a refund. And when I woke up this morning, I had already received a response concerning my refund. The complaint was handled in a professional and timely manner. But I will not be using this site again. And would not recommend it to a friend.

I like the simple picture of a band without being overwhelmed with other graphics or flair. Less is more for a cool t-shirt.
I made two orders with Redbubble. One was great, the other was awful. Not because the products were bad, the products were great, but with how issues were handled by customer service.
My second order was late. It was expected to arrive between the 25th and 27th of September. I was given a tracking number for Canada Post.
When the 25th arrived, I decided to check the tracking and see where the package was. Well, according to Canada Post, the tracking number I was given was wrong. I contact Redbubble customer service and they basically say "not my problem", and reiterate over and over that I can track my package using the tracking number - even after I told them repeatedly that it didn't work. I
Eventually, the tracking number was updated. Great. But the tracking said that my package wasn't coming until October. Again, I contact customer service. Again, I'm told that it's not their problem.
At this point, I was a bit upset. I pointed out that other online retailers try to fix problems that customers present and if they can't fix them, they provide some kind of compensation (e.g., coupon, discount code, free shipping) to keep customer relationships positive. I've worked in online customer service, I know how these things work. Still, they don't care. They tell me to just "be patient".
Never ordering from them again and not recommending to anyone.

Bought t shirt: reactor arc for daughter birthday. Very disappointed with the quality of material. My son bought an avenger t shirt from Primark for £6 a lot cheaper and same material with the one I paid £21.01 in redbubble. Complete rip off. Too late to return because my daughter already wore it.

I'm constantly on RedBubble just looking at the stickers and shirts - everything my friends and I have ever gotten from here have been good quality and look fantastic
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
