I ordered a hoodie on the 8th of September was told the eta was the 10th to the 12th still no sight of it and when I try to track the package it says the package doesn't exist.
Too hard, user-unfriendly, takes hours to work out how to edit every little crummy detail. Had enough.

I bought a poster that was a bit too big... Long story short it was my fault and they gave me a voucher to buy another one (and let me keep the old one!)

Ordered a simple, but quite specific birthday card, took 10 days to arrive. Apparently posted in the UK on a Wednesday, didn't arrive till the following Tuesday afternoon. Missed my daughters 4th birthday. Emailed the "artist" no reply. Did get a very quick full refund from redbubble tho. But I won't use them again, or recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the wrong size top (didn't realise it was unisex instead of women's!) so was willing to pay to send it back and get a replacement. Had an email saying a new one will be sent out in the correct size and that I can keep the old one, brilliant customer service and totally unexpected! Going to make it into a cushion cover I think! Thanks again! Also the other 2 t-shirts I got are lovely material and the print looks great. Love this website!
I ordered a t-shirt as a gift but unfortunately due to my fiances strange torso shape (i. E. too short) found myself in the position of having to get a different size. Although I had to wait a month for my original order (and it still has not been delivered to me!), when I informed customer service, Shineza got back to me within 20 minutes to send me an additional shipment at no cost! She was incredibly helpful and I am very satisfied.
Yes I may have originally criticised the site but I think it's worth a second chance, even if you've had a bad experience with them.

Wow. Absolutely amazing customer service! I started using redbubble last year as a gift to a friend for Christmas and they were so happy with the purchase. I've also spoken highly of the shirt I recently ordered on Reddit and the response was really good! People were impressed with the product. I bought the Lion saying Meow My $#*! t-shirt and it was perfect. I have a phone case with a Lion saying Meow. Got it when told it would be here. Very, very happy! Everybody said it is definitely a design made for me. LOL
The case I bought for my old iPhone 4s is more than what I expected. It looks really cool and I will definitely buy another one from this site in the future. The package came right on time and was surprisingly better than all the packages I've received lately. I honestly expected a typical brown cardboard box but got this instead (look at photos).
My iPhone 7 plus case arrived earlier than expected, and the colors turned out brilliantly. The case is strong and durable, and I would definitely order another in the future.

RedBubble is absolutely amazing! You receive constant communication about your purchase, and shipping and delivery is much quicker than expected. Exchanging is SO easy and quite enjoyable. They have just about every obscure item my daughter wants. And the packaging is adorable.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
