I sent an email to your customer service asking if it was possible to receive my order in less than a week. I received a return email that said it would be taken care of, to please send the order information. I then placed the order and sent the info along. The next day I received another email saying it was impossible! Hmmm... disappointing... I wouldn't have ordered had I had known this! Looking at your recent reviews, I'm not the only one needing expedited shipping, maybe you should look into it. Let's be serious, in our day and age it IS POSSIBLE! I even told them I would cover the charge, wasn't asking for this for FREE! I have asked that you cancel my order, we will see how that goes!
Yes Redbubble is brill... yes brill as in brilliant, yep that good. Chose a t-shirt, paid for t-shirt and they sent the t-shirt... wow... I rolled around on the floor like a monkey when it arrived... x
The range of designs is incredible. I was able to find stuff which were not available anywhere else. The prices are also reasonable, especially the quantity-based discounts.
Order arrived in a few days. However, the stickers all have a white edge, making them unusable on anything that is not white. They are printed on vinyl, meaning they are waterproof and somewhat reusable but the print quality itself was low for half of the stickers I ordered. Almost like the printer was running out of ink.
I contacted customer support to let them now about the deficiencies. I did not expect or ask for a refund since they were so cheap and I could use half of them. But they gave me a full refund anyway. My conclusion is that they are aware of the issues, but are not able or willing to fix them, so they would rather sell sub-optimal products and give refunds than improve quality.
This was my first order with RedBubble. I thought they had a good selection of t-shirts, so much so that I bought 3 more after finding a specific one that I was after (Earl Scruggs t-shirt, which was amazing in itself). Order arrived quickly and the shirts are great quality.
Great variety of designs for yourself or to give as a gift. Many options for clothing, phone and laptop cases, pillows, clocks or wall art. I can spend hours just browsing.
Quick delivery, great selection of products from a variety of artists and great customer service which left me feeling satisfied. Definitely recommend to anyone, & I will be using again
Redbubble's overall quality, from the merchandise and customer service is honestly the top in the online industry today. Every employee I've come in contact with is incredible, friendly, responds in a timely manner, and solves the issues at hand. Really I give it up for this business, I would love to be apart of the Redbubble team.

Great selection and service! Super fast delivery too! I found a shirt from a long time ago that I thought they wouldnt have anymore. So glad it was still available! Their prices are reasonable too, Ive looked at other websites and some are crazy expensive!

The mail man trashed my poster, I sent them a message asking for a refund and got a response super quickly, I ended up buying even more posters on the site for that reason. Would recommend
I have always been super satisfied with the products i have received and think they have friendly customer service, high quality items, and a wide variety of objects and topics as well. (I have gotten a countless amount of stickers, a phone case and some shirts) with my many different orders i have never been displeased.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
