I purchased a laptop case and the wrong one was sent. The representative from Redbubble was very helpful and said that a new one would be sent shortly at no charge. Thank you Redbubble!
I ordered around 20 stickers, and most of them turned out okay. The artwork is great, and the print quality is reasonable when viewed from a distance. A handful of stickers had problems with the die cutting process, so I requested a replacement order, making sure to take pictures indicating the problem and adding a note that the reason I needed a replacement was because the sticker cuts weren't made properly. Hanna was quick to set up a replacement order, but when the replacement arrived, it had the same exact issues as before. It showed that Redbubble didn't really take the time to investigate my issue given the opportunity to make it right. Overall, everything was just okay, not great.
My original order never arrived and a replacement was quickly dispatched and arrived quickly. Customer service (Shineza) was lovely.
It was very easy for me to find the kind of product I was looking for. The order and payment worked at the first try. When I got it it was just what I wanted.
Redouble is a great online shopping experience with very Speedy delivery. What I ordered was of Great quality. They are very Reasonably priced. Altogether an Excellent service.
I ordered 2 t-shirts to wear to a Halloween party, Paid $30 for expedited shipping 7 days before I needed the items. Two days before I needed them, the website was saying they were not even in production. I asked and was told "Oh, we don't have that size right now". Would have been nice to know earlier so I would have something for the party. I got a refund but will NEVER use this site again. UNSUBSCRIBE!

This site is awesome! I was kind of leery on using this website, but I took the chance because they have a really great selection of unique products. I was not disappointed! I received my products quickly with no shipping issues or surprise payments. The products are fantastic quality and I am so happy that I found it.
I was thrilled to find what I thought was the perfect item for a Halloween costume. Submitted my order, and paid extra shipping so as to not even cut it close. After checking the tracking before it was due to be delivered, it still hadnt been processed as shipped.
I contacted the company, who said they lost my order on the way to fedex. Could not get it to me in time.

They must have found it, because it came several days later. They also re-sent the order, which came a day too late, but I appreciate the thought. Product good quality. Changed 1 Star to 4.

10/10 would reccomend the Tough Phone cases. $30 for a really protective case with something you really like on it is a good deal. Love them!

Outstanding customer service quick response and resolved quickly top had faded and they offered me a full refund or a voucher I took the voucher as Im going to buy the too again great company couldn't of asked for a better service.
All my husband's shirts are from RedBubble! I liked them so much I started buying my t shirts from here as well! We are big movie buffs so it's great to be able to own shirts that aren't so generic like the Star Wars ones from Target! We get compliments on our shirts ALL the time! And the customer service is great! Whenever we have had an issue with an order or shirt, they always correct the issue, usually by sending us another one, and they do it so fast! I couldn't ask for better customer service from a company! Other companies should follow their lead on this!
I ordered a bunch of stickers for my laptop through RedBubble. It was my first time using this site and I was nervous on what the quality and the wait time would be but I went for it and decided to order because of the great prices. All the stickers turned out beautifully and arrived earlier then was expected. I absolutely love them! Seeing them on my laptop everyday brightens my day!
Website is simple and easy. Shipping was projected for the 27th and arrived on the 23rd... super perfect timing. Then my order of a NEFFEX (check them out im there biggest fan i swear to god they are the best) shirt was a little too big for me so I sent a refund request planning to send this shirt back and get a new one. Well this company being as amazing as they are decided to let me keep the shirt way to big for me and they sent out a new one right now free of charge. I couldn't have asked for anything better to happen it blew me away and now im dedicated to this site. Thanks again Guys!
As i stated they sent me the wrong item, i was put on hold forever and then they didn't believe my complaint. They spent over 20 minutes gathering information and asking for photos. Then they told me they couldn't replace an item on my order because the design was pulled down. I ended the chat and spoke with another 3 uncooperative customer service representatives until I was able to get my order re-ordered with the final 4th representative. The customer service representatives seemed almost like they we're trolling me. What's more is the shipping took a very long time.
Edit: After a week of waiting for my order to start to be printed I contacted them again, they had no idea why the shirts hadn't started production, they offered me to contact the facility to ask why but I asked for a refund. Awaiting refund as we speak but i suggest finding an alternative site for your shirts.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
