Everything came in on time and was perfect. I ordered some stickers for my laptop and they're great. Redbubble has everything under the sun, and even everything in space. Seriously, even if I type in my school, I get different things that represent my school. I love this website.
I am very dissatisfied with the current revision to the site. Currently it is not possible to "favorite" clothing, only other items. I have been informed that this is a temporary problem due to changes in the site and will be corrected. But I was not told when that will happen - a week, a month, longer? There's no logical reason to launch a site revision like this. All it does is annoy your customers when they find a feature suddenly missing, and for the customers who stay, once they start using Pinterest as a work-around will just be annoyed later when the feature is eventually available again.
Redbubble is great, there's things you will not find anywhere else. Good shopping, good service, good shipping speed... what more could 1 ask, unless you are ungrateful
I order the shirt for my friend, i wanted my orders delivered on November 9, because November 11is my friend's birthday. I paid 60 for express delivery, now my order late 5 days, I have to wait until nov14. So no more red bubbles for me
I was able to chose something very unique for a gift. The original package went missing and it was promptly replaced with no question or quibble - I am very impressed with the finished item and the service - Keep it up! :)

I order several items from Redbubble and was excited to see them arrive so I could decorate my dorm. This site has a lot of unique and interesting items that wow customers. I am disappointed in the deliver service though. I have 3 items that have still not been delivered and are 4 days late. Although, I am not happy about this the customer service on the site has been great. I emailed a lady about my problem and she was very personable and kind. Which is something I did not expect from any customer service program. But, to my amazement she told me what happened and if I had any further issues to contact her.

I ordered several things the last 3 years. Mu son is very happy with his t-shirts from his favorite games. We can't get that over here. From one t-shirt the print was not that good, But from 8 others they were great. Delivery was quick. Also other things i ordered were fine.
I had an issue that my shirts had not come in yet. I was worried so I wrote a quick letter to RedBubble. Vachon sent back a reply super quick and was so nice about helping me out. Totally fixed my problem and now I'm happy! I can't wait for my shirts to arrive!

RedBubble removed a photo of mine without giving me what property of mind they deleted. Nor did RedBubble even give me a chance to see what Item, who claimed it, and why. I never had the opportunity to even argue my point of view since it was a photo. I never, ever want my photography to infringe on someone else's work or copy written piece. It would be great to learn who, what and why.
I bought this as a gift, but when I opened the package to wrap it as a gift, I was surprised that it came with a special washing bag and instructions. While I appreciate that they want to preserve the garment and the art, come on. It's a tee. Most guys will just dump in in the washing machine and never read the instructions.

I ordered the wrong size phone case by mistake and it was replaced without any fuss and at no extra cost. They even told me to keep the original case. Fantastic customer service.

I had to get an exchange for a shirt. I bought one for my friend but the size my friend had given me was wrong. Despite it not being redbubble's fault they allowed me to get another shirt for my friend free of charge! I love these guys! And their quality is phenomenal!
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
