Took a little longer than expected but I eventually got my order. The team is very helpful if you email them they are willing to give you a refund or help you resolve where your product is.
TERRIBLE! Paid for express shipping well in advance of cutoff date for Christmas delivery. Item was supposed to arrive by 12/21. Checked status on 12/20 and it hasn't even finished being made! I had to dig around the difficult-to-navigate website to find a small banner stating the company has had production problems.
There has been NO communication whatsoever from the company about this problem. Customer service is poor at best. I did manage to wring a refund of the express shipping cost out of them, but now the item (the one my child wanted most for Christmas) will likely arrive after the big day.
Thanks to this experience, I've become a RedBubble first-time-is-the-last-time customer. Well done.

I ordered at 10:58 PM PST on Dec. 14th. You stated that it would arrive by Dec. 24th at the latest. Serious? You barely printed the FedEx label today (Dec. 20th) - six days later - and after I sent an email to cancel my order because it was taking too long? Now I have an estimated shipment date of 29 DECEMBER - 3 JANUARY? What a total joke. You promise 1.5 weeks... and you deliver 3 weeks later? Wow... so bad.

I ordered this shirt on 12/14, it said it would be delivered by 12/24. It still says it's in production. RedBubble has not responded to my inquiry. The seller has not responded. This is the first time I've ever used this site, and probably will be my last.
Seems like a lot of other customers are having the same issue. My son really likes Shane Dawson and I want this shirt for a Christmas gift. Don't say it will be delivered by a certain date if that is not the case.

This company is a total joke and a complete rip off. I would highly recommend never ordering from them, ever at all for nothing.
There is no way to get any help besides a live chat room that has robots working for them not people. The answers you receive in regards to your order and your money back are all auto replies and are 0 help at all.
When they tell you one thing one day they say the complete opposite thing the next day. I ordered my product based on there shipping dates and they didn't even produce the order let alone ship the order. They have lied to me several times on what is going on with my stuff and I can not seem to get any help at all.
I am out 75.00 dollars and have nothing to show for it at all.
I would like to say so far I have had, 7 robots tell me 7 different stories.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS USELESS COMPANY.

I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option! I ordered a shirt for a Christmas present and was given a ship date of Dec 9 and a delivery date of Dec 12-14. When it didn't show up, I looked up the tracking number and IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE FACILITY as of Dec 19th. This is ridiculous - and you can NOT find any customer service info to call or chat online. They only have an email us option if you haven't gotten your order 10 days after shipping. So now I had to go buy another present. And I'm still out the money for the shirt I ordered (since they took the money out of my account with a quickness!). Customer service is a joke - any legit company should have a phone number if needed so you can contact them.

EDIT: After leaving a review here and a message through facebook, I was then contacted. I do appreciate their prompt response and fix so I will change my rating. I hope in the future they will be easier to contact or have a system that sends an email if there is a delay.
Ordered a t-shirt to be delivered between December 18-20, but the status says it's still in production as of December 19. Not even shipped. Can you please give me an update that the product is complete and shipped? I should have looked up reviews before as I see a LOT of people are having this problem. On top of that, it is next to impossible to get in contact with their customer service.

You guys are awful. I placed an order (*******) and paid for rush delivery to be here on the 19th of December. As of this morning it hadn't even been made. So I attempted to contact Redbubble, they make it nearly impossible to contact them. However, i was able to email them via the website that I wanted the rushed shipping fee refunded as they were clearly not going to deliver on time (they also had no intention of making me aware they weren't going to deliver on time) Being the awful company they are, they canceled my order. Its been 2 hours of back and fourth and I yet to be told when I will be receiving my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! As mentioned before there is garbage customer service. Chat reps are not helpful and actually copy and paste info from a list of answers. My billing info didn't match my bank so not only did my order not to through they friggen took money out of my account anyways calling it a hold due to the information being incorrect. No way to contact anyone other than chat and my bank can't do anything. They say it will be removed in THIRTY DAYS?! Really wish I read reviews before ordering. So unimpressed.

So sorry for the inconvenience here. When your order is submitted, your billing address needs to match up with what your bank has on file for it to be successful. If they don't match, the payment will fail.
We recommend that you contact your bank to ensure your details are up to date. Please note: If you’re seeing a charge, this is not an actual charge, but an Authorization Hold. Your bank has denied the initial payment request, but it still might show up on statement. It should drop off your account within the next billing cycle.
If this hold has not fallen off your account after 30 days, please get back in touch with us and we’ll be happy to investigate the matter further.

After paying a rediculous £14.28 for express shipping the mug I ordered was never recieved. The customer service is absolutley appalling, when trying to complain or get my money back the only way I could contact them directly was through their facebook page via messenger. After explaining my situation they replied asking for my order number THEN BLOCKED ME SO I COULDN'T REPLY. I believe this to be disgusting customer service, I have wasted my money - please be wise and don't waste your's.

I bought a T-shirt on 12/5 and paid more than $14 for express shipping. It was supposed to get to me no later than 12/11. THEY DIDN"T SHIP IT UNTIL 12/14! It will come way too late. I needed it the 12th.

When I first saw all the comments and poo ratings, I was scared. I own a small business, and now I regularly buy from Redbubble. I've bought at least 50 stickers of different design, 25 scarves, 4 bags, 10 chiffon shirts, and everything I have ordered has been of high quality. Never have they ever printed incorrectly, or sent me anything but what I've ordered. Then again, I've never tried to reach customer service, but i've never had to! As an artist, they have repeatedly exceeded my expectations, and I will keep using their services so long as the production remains constant. I am grateful they offer the prices they do, seeing as I could never afford a DTG printer of my own, ($25,000+) And to Redbubble; Please keep showing customers the quality you've shown me! Every little bit counts!
I ordered two shirts from RedBubble weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything from them. It's been more than a week since the "expected" delivery date so I emailed UPS and they said the package was never even sent from the shipper, which is RedBubble. ALSO, the order number they gave us is not even correct, so I don't know if I can even get a refund.

I ordered a product on November 27. I was told it would be delivered by
Dec. 6. That date came and went, and the item was listed as "Still in production." I contacted customer service a number of times, and they said they would try to resolve it. But there was no follow up. Finally, on December 9, they sent me an email saying the product has shipped. However, USPS says they still have not received the item to ship to me. I have been contacting them numerous times over the past couple of days, and no one responds. Is this website legit, or is it a pure scam to take people's money? How can I report it as a fraudulent website?

I ordered a duvet cover. The company charged my card and sent me an email telling me that my order had shipped with an embedded link on the tracking number to UPS. The number was not valid. I wrote to redbubble (they do not have a link on their website for lost packages, by the way, so I had to leave a general message), which they only responded to with another email a few days later that said "Sorry we missed your message). I wrote to UPS, who finally solved the mystery telling me it was a USPS tracking number - and that was a few days later. Turns out the package supposedly had been delivered, but I was home at the time they claim it was delivered. I have disputed the charge and I hope that works, but due to their bad customer service, I was not able to see when my order was coming. Not that it mattered, because I was home!

I ordered an item this December for my friend's new child, paid for express shipping, and was happy that it would arrive within a week. I checked the order status the day before it was due to arrive, and it hadn't even begun being made. After trying to find out how to contact customer service (only available via Facebook) they offered a refund. This completely misses the point - I wanted to give me friend a thoughtful gift at an important moment in their life and they messed it up, and couldn't be bothered to communicate about it. I will not order again, and recommend that others don't as well.

I had some problems with customer service and cancellations but I got a hold of a second agent who was able to help me in a more professional matter.

I ordered 3 different t-shirts. My package came with 1 tee I ordered and 2 other random shirts that must have been somebody else's. I did the live chat since there is no customer service phone #, was told my replacements wor be sent right away. However instead of the 2 shirts I wanted, I got another random shirt! When I live chatted again and finally got the person to understand what had hapoened, I was told that couldn't replace my shirts "again". I did get my money back but i would never order from them again!#-

Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
