I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to this time so people would stay away from a particular sweatshirt. My 10 year old nephew is obsessed with Dan TDM so I bought him a hoodie from Redbubble for Christmas. It arrived on time for Christmas, but the quality of the hoodie was not very good. The graphics were bright and vibrant on the website, but when I received the hoodie, the graphics looked like an iron on transfer... something I could have done myself Definitely not worth the $50 I spent on the hoodie. I like the Redbubble website, they have a ton of unique stuff on it... but just be careful that some of the quality... isn't all that it's desrcibed as...

Although if you cared to track my prior correspondence you (or the multitude of your fabulous experience team) will note that I will by now have absolutely no faith that youre going to read this far into my reply. I do have an observation that your parcel will NEVER arrive unless I upgrade to a door-to-door courier (which I have offered to do). Nobody in your department has bothered or cared to actually answer my initial question, so essentially Ive given up hope and I will await your glowingly cheerful assurance of how much you care and that you have arranged for a new delivery (which will, of course, suffer the same fate). I have also decided it is pointless to withhold negative reviews out of a sense of fairness and a willingness to give RedBubble a chance to put this right. And Im now blasting the worst reviews in every consumer forum that I can find online because I am headbanging frustrated at your inability to actively engage with your customer.

Ordered tshirts on Dec 16, Redbubble's cutoff for standard shipping delivery guaranteed by Dec 24. Emailed them to confirm, which they did. Items still not received Dec 26 and Redbubble's customer service is useless with canned responses. And now I see they've CHANGED their holiday shipping page to state Dec 14 was the deadline. I have a screen shot of original Dec 16 deadline on the site, as well as a screen shot of their "new" deadline of Dec 14. They at least need to own their mistake rather than deceive customers by changing their site retroactively.

You'll be sorely disappointed with their crappy customer service! There is no way to contact them to get problems resolved. Be Warned! There is nobody to contact to get problems resolved. You pay extra for fast shipping and I am still waiting. They hide behind webpages and do not have a customer service telephone making it a mystery on how to resolve problems. They also don't allow you to post on their Facebook page because they are afraid of the backlash. JUST TERRIBLE

I originally posted a review that I was disappointed that my RedBubble order did not arrive before Christmas, even though they had promised delivery by the 24th. I'm now editing that review to say that I'm impressed with RedBubble's responsiveness following that mistake. Customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund for my purchase. When I did receive my order it was extremely high quality that I've come to appreciate from RedBubble and my family loved it! Want to say thank you for how RedBubble handled the whole situation. Nope, they mailed it sat 12/23/17, after me throwing it down but not overnight like a good coupany would do. I should get it 3 days after Christmas. What the heck, I Never would of order something for my daughter for 3 days after Christmas. Lying to customers about date of delivery. This company is messed up, stay away. Do not order from this awful company. Who cares less who! STAY AWAY!

After having ordered from them once without an issue before I decided to place a canvas order meant as a Christmas present for my six year old son. I placed the order on December 16th with expedited shipping. It was supposed to arrive by the 24th and now on December 27th as I am writing this it has not even shipped. My child is incredibly disappointed and I am incredulous how misleading and irresponsible this company is. What a let down and a way to run a business...

Thought i would make a purchase for christmas from this site. Placed my order before the christmas cut off date on the 15th December it is now 23rd December and the item i purchased has still not been shipped... all this despite the company offering delivery for the 24th December which happens to be christmas eve on a Sunday when there is never any post... trying to get feedback and any sort of update on the item is virtually non existent... this site has terrible customer service. You can purchase anything from either amazon or argos and have it 8 times out 10 delivered within 2 days.

It is like a nightmare. My order got lost TWICE and you cannot properly contact with them. I sent an email about my lost orders for the third time and they suddenly decided to give me a refund which I never requested for. I sent a couple more emails but then I gave up since I had no chance to communicate with customer service properly. Never again.

Be careful to not order anything with less than a week for their crazy shipping. Not sure what they used to make my package ship with UPS on the 16th and then go to Florida 2 days later. Then to another city in Florida for 2 days. Then it went to New Jersey the next day, and then same day go one city over from me in VA. That seemed promising as that was only a day after they promised it to me. And I was hopeful. But then the next day it went back up to NJ. Huh?!?! Then the next day UPS sent to the Post Office in that same city that is next to mine. The next day it is marked "received" by them. But still not expected to arrive to me for 2 more days (day before Christmas). Apparently it goes from UPS to USPS because Redbubble marked it a certain way. I don't understand it. I get stuff from UPS all the time. All my Christmas shopping was done through Amazon- 2 days later I get it from them. Just make sure you have 2 weeks from time of ordering to wanting your item. And there's no one to call and get the package to you quicker. Not sure I'll want to shop from them again. Just can't trust it.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I found my order was still in progress on the day it was supposed to have arrived, but Redbubble responded to my review here on this site (sitejabber) and all is well. The package arrived yesterday, before Christmas, and it's PERFECT. It's the exact size and print I wanted, and it's really lovely and I can't wait to give this gift. Thank you Redbubble, I will be back!
I ordered from Redbubble on December 13 and paid for express shipping, to have it delivered by December 19, which is today. However, it's still showing IN PROGRESS, that the sweatshirt isn't made yet. I cannot figure out how to contact them. Obviously, it's a very unique and special Christmas gift and I'll be very unhappy if it doesn't arrive soon.
I placed an order on the 30th of November. The website said this was sufficient enough time to receive my order by Christmas. Half of the order has arrived but the main part of the order has not. It was shipped on the the 7th of December. The sales assistant said they can't track the order to find out where it is and if I don't get it by the 1st of January let them know. How does this help me give the Christmas present to my young teenage daughter. No further correspondence has been given other than them wanting my feedback to see how well their sales assistant helped me. She didn't. I now have to buy a substitute present when I have already paid for the other one.

First, I order a large shirt, since I wear a medium, thinking it would be big enough. It was too small to be a large. Secondly, when they sent me a new shirt to replace it, it was the wrong damn shirt! Complete idiots! I ordered a hoodie on 12/16/17 because with express shipping, it would arrive 12/22/17. I paid the additional charges for express shipping and waited. Hoodie was "in production" and did not ship on time. I emailed the company and they did refund the express shipping fee and stated "it will arrive by 12/24 at the very latest". I received another email stating "we'd like to reassure you that your order will arrive in time for the holidays".
I received shipping notification finally last night 12/22 however the delivery date is 12/27 and under special handling it states "delivery weekday" which obviously contradicts what I was emailed by redbubble. As of tonight (12/25), fedex tracking states "label created". It hasn't even been taken to fedex yet. Edit: (it was finally delivered on 12/28).
This was the first time shopping on redbubble and it will be my last. This was very disappointing.
2nd Edit: I see redbubble responded however no shipping refund was issued to my acct. I have checked up until right this minute and there is no credit from redbubble.

My review is the same as most of all the other reviews. Ordered 12/15/17. Promised delivery by 12/21/17. Still in production has not shipped. Private messaged them on facebook and an email. Still no response. I love there responses on here about "sorry your order has not arrived by the time you expected". Its not the time we expected. Its the date redrubble told us it would be here. Would not have ordered if I knew they could not deliver when they promised. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 t-shirts and was amazed they arrived just 3 days later, and this just a week out from Xmas.
Despite checking my measurements against the fitting guide the womens fitted scoop neck t-shirt was ridiculously too big. Pleased and surprised that they have a free replacement for wrong size or pattern, and next day got an email to say the replacement was on its way and I didnt need to send back the original.
It seems like most of the complaints here seem to be about delivery times, so maybe I was just st lucky - maybe its a quicker service in Australia. It is annoying the sizes are so inaccurate hence loosing 1 point, but the follow up was flawless.
Okay so I decided to order a last minute gift for someone for Christmas, and after ordering it (with express shipping) I looked at the reviews on here and started to get scared. I paid an extra $30 in shipping to have it here before Christmas and I ordered it last week a day before the expected delivery date, it still was in production.
To my surprise, the item came from California to Toronto, Ontario in literally a day! I was not expecting the shipping to be so fast. Most of the reviews on here say garbage or do not order, but my shopping experience was great.
You have to kidding the first order fo four shirts arrived only one was correct. Did the chat thing recieved the correct order. Then today recieved another package with another four shirts one was correct from my original order. Suggest you need to get your dispatch sorted. Plus whole system.

Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
