I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 tough phone case; when it arrived I noticed the print was terribly dark. I got into contact with RB, they replied within a couple of hours and offered me a refund immediately, without question.
I was disappointed with the product I received, but I can't be disappointed with the customer service; and I won't hesitate to purchase from RedBubble again (as I've had great products from them before) and am happy to recommend it to others.
If they can't or don't want to help you, no one ever contacts you back. You can live chat or email and no one ever responds. It appears to me that they just star deleting every email that is sent without even reading it. Their live chat is worthless. I can tell you what they are goin to say: "We'll take care of that immediately" then you never hear from them again. BEWARE - I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. Any good reviews must be FAKE!
I ordered 2 shirts from these clowns and it says 5-8 business days. That's fine and I think it's a reasonable lead time. I wrote our office address so even I'm not around somebody can receive it.
So I tracked my order today, and it says that they tried to deliver the product around 4:30PM and the note says "Undeliverable; No Safe Drops. Holding at Carrier Hub". That time that they claim its udeliverable, there's a lot of people in the office, specially at the reception area, at least 10 of them are there.
There's no phone number to follow-up so its only a chat option. They insist that there's no one in the office! And they also told me to wait another 5 business days for my package as they will arrange another shipment! That's * unbelievable!
For the artists who designs those shirts, stay away from these guys. And to those who want to buy from them, stay away as well. Their customer service and the way they handle business is absolutely & undeniably TERRIBLE!

Heres the thing: it started all wrong from the beginning. Im in a Spanish speaking country and therefore my Redbubble site is in Spanish by default. I was really excited to buy a phone case from this photographer who does a lot of charity work and often complains about how her pics are stolen by other people to make a profit. So when she mentioned she sold on Redbubble, it was a no brainer. I picked the case I liked and proceeded to buy. There were three choices, I went with the cheapest one, 25 dollars. Now remember this is in Spanish, it said Vinilo. Not all Spanish speaking countries have the same words for the same things. Vinilo for me meant plastic, so, at that price, I assumed it was a cheaper, not a so hard kind of plastic, but a case nonetheless. (I know now Vinilo means skin in some Spanish speaking countries, not sure which, but certainly not mine) Anyway, the case was never a case (although it was in the same category), it was a $25 skin (a sticker that costs very little to make) and it arrived 92 days after purchase. Never again.

We ordered two posters and paid on credit. The posters did not arrive. I turned to the company representative and she wrote that the posters would be sent back to my address. We waited again and the posters did not arrive again. I asked for a refund. I saw that some of the money was returned and some were not. We were very disappointed and never will buy from RedBubble again
Finally the money has been returned to my bank account minus the credit fee

The print isn't crisp on my studio pouch, but it's fabric so it's understandable. Slightly blurred when the fabric changes to a different colour. The zipper isn't that good quality, it is difficult to open and close the first couple weeks I've had it, but now that I've had it for a while it seems to be working better. Measurements are accurate and the colours are also accurate! Would recommend getting products here overall.
The quality of the product was horrible. The sizing was off, as well as the color. But the product did come in on time.

I've bought wonderful tees from them in the past but the moment you're not happy with a purchase (in this case, a tee advertised as St. Patricks Shamrock Glitter Green doesn't have a speck of glitter on it and their 2X must have meant a child's 2X), they make returning it extremely difficult so you'll eat your money to save yourself the hassle. Problem with that is you aren't likely to buy another. You have to take a picture of the product to prove it (as if the returned product won't) and even though their return form says it will give you option for full refund, it doesn't. It gives you only two options: Exchange or receive Redbubble voucher. Neither is acceptable. I will not be buying from them ever again which is a pity because they do have nice original t-shirts. But it's not worth the risk when you can't easily return.

Your not worth my time. I want to warn unsuspecting consumers that of my 30 years as a consumer I have never encountered a company that blatantly lies to its customers.
I am convince there is just pictures of models on the screen and they have to real employees. Customer service talks lie a stepford wife. I will be reporting them to The consumer protection service for fraud and credit card theft.

It turns out that the replacement hoodie we thought was lost, was actually the one in customs. They sent us a subsequent one for free which didnt incur customs fees. After posting my review Redbubble offered to reimburse me for the customs fees. Since we got two hoodies, I declined the offer (Im just too honest for my own good) so they gave me a voucher for free shipping on a future item. Id still give tgem 3 stars as the sizing is a bit off and the printing of pictures doesnt quite represent the true colour (see previous review).
I bought a hoodie for my husband and received it in good time, but the design that was taken from the photo changed the colour of the VW Campervan from cream to a green. They sent us a new one with a different design, but it took over 4 weeks to get here and I was charged $24 in duties/fees etc. for an item that cost $65! They also sent me a second one at the same time with what looked like a corvette on the front. We refused the duty on that and I guess it was sent back.
The sizing isnt great either. They suggest you size up 2 sizes if u want the hoodie baggie. My husband it pretty slim so I just sized up one size. This was the perfect size in width but the hoodie is a bit long even though my hysband is 61!
Item never arrived and it was a birthday present for someone whose birthdays was last week!. Have contacted customer services multiple times and they are consistently unhelpful. Finally have refunded my shipping. Asked if as a courtesy they could send a replacement by express as it's now 10 days after its due date and they refuse, despite offering express delivery. No idea about good customer service!

11 January 2018: I ordered the "Women's Relaxed Fit T-shirt" which shows a photo of the shirt which is indeed a "relaxed" fit shirt> However, what was sent to me was a BOXY A-line cut shirt. Notice the sleeves on the photo advertised, the sleeves are 'flowy, and relaxed' and so is the body of the shirt. However what you get is not flowy and relaxed like in the photo, instead you get a thick cotton shirt and as a result is a "boxy". Definitely not a "relaxed" fit, not a "relaxed" style shirt. Disappointing to wait excitedly for a shirt that is not as advertised.

Very disappointed in Redbubble. I found a unique t-shirt design that would make a great gift for a friend. The first shirt came with an ink pen mark circled by a yellow highlighter. Seemed that it failed quality check but they sent it any way. Customer service was great, replaced at no cost although it took a week. Second shirt came with poor an inconsistent printing. Looks like they ran out of ink and didn't bother to add more. Neither shirt is gift worthy. Good customer service can not save a CRAP product.

My order was delayed due to the holidays and possibly lost by the delivery company. I went to Redbubble on the online chat and told them my situation and they immediately (less than 5 minutes) understood and sent a replacement of the exact same product and it was delivered on time. Overall excellent product and very happy how Redbubble turned a possibly negative situation into a positive one.
I ordered a shirt online for a Christmas present on the 9th of Dec. It says it shipped on Dec 10,2017 with a company I have never heard of and because Canada for some reason is listed as international there is no tracking. I have now hit the Jan 4 and still no package and no word. The delivery date was between Dec 15 and 19. Clearly frustrated. I have to commend the customer service rep I just live chatted with. Very patient and helpful a replacement is on the way. So I will know by Jan 10 or 12 how this goes.
I am updating my review because Rebbubble refunded me right away after the holidays for my trouble. I will give 5 stars for that. I still would like to suggest that Redbbuble needs to work on their promises to deliver on time and somehow to have a link more accessible for customer service when a problem occurs. Thank you for your help, I will reconsider shopping with Rebbubble after that.
I placed an order that was advertised to get to my house at a certain date. It didn't shipped until that date. I paid an expensive 19 dollars for shipping. I wanted to contact their support and it is the hardest thing to do because there isn't any option other to check where your order is. And their phone number is a cell phone that is not available if you are lucky to even find it. I will not go through this site again.

Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
