RedBubble is my go-to place for finding amazing, fun and creative stickers and stationary to decorate my life. Their selection of artist designs is so incredible, it takes me ages to make my final selection. The delivery is insanely fast, never taking longer than 5 days. Everything arrives in great condition, is exactly what I ordered and is good quality. I love the interface of their site and it makes the whole shopping experience very pleasant. Will definitely remain a loyal costumer!

Redbubble used the deaths of 16 young people in the Humbolt Sask. Canada to line their wallets. Their unauthorized use of a cartoon showing Canada supporting the victims was printed and sold on this site. Any company that does should be boycotted at all costs. They clearly suffer from a lack of morals. Shame Shame

Amazing

I have been on the lookout for a perfect Sebastian Stan shirt to wear when I meet him in May. I had no luck finding one anywhere when I stumbled across one from this site. I was a little wary of ordering because of the numerous reviews that said that their order took forever to come, never came, or bad quality. However, it wasn't the case for me at all. The shirt came in less than a week and the quality of the shirt and the image was outstanding. Looking foward to wearing it when I meet the Winter Soldier :)

Avoid Them

Ordered a child's T shirt, Feb. 2018 well in advance for Easter. What finally came shortly before Easter was an adult woman's large/x large T shirt. Disappointing because the shirt was cute. Too late to exchange in time for Easter, but figured it could make (very expensive) sleepwear for the 9 year old. After some thought, contacted RB via chat and let them know they ought to take a look at their sizing. My intention was to be helpful to what seemed like a well intentioned start up company. I was pleasantly surprised when RB said, keep the shirt, or give it to charity (stock line, I've discovered) they'll send a new one correctly sized - and it would arrive special delivery before Easter. Bottom line? They never sent it. How do I know? Tracking info coupled by a call to PO who was able to track and confirm what I saw: Prepared for delivery - period. After several exchanges w/RB - and a ton of lies on their part - decided to come here and warn others away. Too bad, the actual product, apart from the gargantuan size, was adorable. Their service? The opposite. RB claims to have refunded my Pay Pal account, they'd better have.

Cool tshirts!

Have ordered a few tshirts from red bubble and have had great experiences.So many cool images from many great artists. Very unique and cool stuff and makes you feel like you own a one of a kind not mass produced product! Customer service is great also.

Exactly as I said in the title. They offered a "free reimbursement" which just meant that they would send me the stickers that I had already ordered, but 2 were unavailable so they could send the 8 I ordered and then a $2.88 voucher. The stickers themselves are $3 each without the promo (50% off for 10 stickers) so I couldn't have even bought back another sticker to make it 9 for the price of what I paid. I'd highly recommend just finding somewhere else.

They put up merchandise on their website, but refuses to sell them.
Saw an instagram ad about plain t-shirts, ordered three only to be told a few days later that my order was cancelled. The reason? They don't sell plain t-shirts. Why would you put them up on your website if you have no plans on selling them? Why can you guys not sell something that is as simple as plain t-shirts?
They didn't even offer me a refund at first, only store credit. After requesting a full refund, they said it might take up to one month! Normally it wouldn't take more than a week for a credit card refund. After they read my review on the other website, I was then told the original refund was never processed! Scam? I think so.

A refund has been made, but still, I wouldn't shop with them again.

Feels like a scam

Order never arrived, which seems to be the case with many others. Support's solution is to send a replacement order or issue a refund; meaning I either have to wait another month then possibly never receive my order again, or I that I have just wasted a month waiting for nothing. I feel like I've been scammed - I doubt I'll even receive that refund.

It's just ridiculous that orders can disappear like that, with no way or following up with the courier regarding lost orders.

I spent a very long time reading over the reviews on here while I was contemplating ordering something, I finally gave in despite the number of warnings about slow delivery and everything because I wanted this sweet sweater so badly. I ordered it last Thursday and was fully expecting to be waiting a long time to receive it, I was even half expecting to never see it. However, it just arrived today - 3 business days after I ordered it. The quality is great and sizing is just what I was hoping for - I am female, 5'9" 120 pounds and I ordered a large because I like my sweatshirts to be on the baggy side and it's perfect, loose but not so big that it looks like I am wearing a tent or something. I ordered a black one, it's a little bit of a faded-looking black, but I kind of like that. Anyway, this was my first time ordering from redbubble and I have had a great experience. Very satisfied.

Redbubble is a great place for upcoming artist or people looking to make money to show off their work to the world.

If some products or items that are shipped to you come out blurry or pixelated its not the companys fault. They print what artist sell. Some artist do not follow the rules when it comes to how big or small the image should be.

Shipping is a hassle. Do not pay for express shipping. It may take the same amount or even longer. I've ordered a decent amount of products before and I didn't get 3 items. It was not a big deal cause I did get my money back because I had a protection plan on it. Some people aren't so lucky to do so.

Overall its a great website but look at reviews before ordering your products.

Slow delivery

I ordered a tote bag for a birthday gift on the 6. 03. 18, and it was shipped on the 09. 03. 18. I was informed that it would arrive between the 19.03 - 22.03. I emailed them saying that why is my package not delivered yet and they just reply saying "your order is currently on the way and if it doesn't arrive by 29. 03. 18, contact us on that date at the very latest. Blah blah blah." Totally misleading info, they tell me that it would arrive on that date and today, 23. 03. 18 they're saying it's currently on its way? I'm very very frustrated.
Edit: Today's the 26. 03. 18 and nothing have come. I've contacted RedBubble but they're unhelpful and repeats the same thing as in the email.
Update: I finally got my delivery on the 29.03, a week after the expected delivery date. I never requested this but Redbubble sent me a refund of about $9... no idea why? Probably to make up for the very late delivery.

Deceptive, fraudulent advertising. Website states 50% off 10 stickers, no where does it state that the discount only applies to small stickers. How hard is it to put that disclaimer in the advertising?

I ordered 11 stickers for my laptop on Sunday and already got them (today is Wednesday). This is excellent delivery especially considering I am in Canada, and that the estimated delivery was this Friday. The stickers are great quality, amazing colour, and easily removable for moving around/taking off. Not to mention, when you buy 10 stickers, you get 50% off each of them. I am very impressed with my first time using Redbubble. Definitely recommend.

I bought my daughter a Supernatural t-shirt for Christmas which I never got to give her. I ordered a women's Extra Large which would have trouble fitting an extra-large eight-year-old. Check my receipt which reflected my order and the t-shirt says XL.
Nice t-shirt but unusable. Ask dimensions of a t-shirt before ordering. Return postage would not be worth it, so stuck with a useless t-shirt. Was disappointing because I know she would have appreciated it.

I ordered some stickers and they came within four days. The quality of the stickers is really good, I feel like they'll last a while as i stuck them onto my laptop. However the only think I could suggest is that when you buy a sticker 'set' it comes as one big sticker instead of individuals. I ended up just cutting them out. Overall they were really good, definitely buying from this site again.

Prints to Dubai

I have been trying to get my order for over 2 weeks now and even after paying for express shipping these guys take their time and hand the responsibility to the 3rd party shipper. Great, so i am out of pocket and they don't need to ship the item. This is the 2nd time i have ordered the same item and the 2nd time this is happening.

I think this is a fraudulent business and a scam.

I recently purchased an iphone 7 case for the first time and i was charged full price for it as i forgot to add my 10% discount code at the end of the purchase. I emailed them asking if they could help me out thinking i wouldn't get any help and to my surprise i received a response within a few hours from one of the lovely customer service girls advising that she can add the coupon code manually for me and then they would refund the difference back into my pay-pal account which came in immediately. I am soo impressed with the customer service! The refund was only a small amount however the way they have responded and helped me out was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use this site to purchase more items! Thankyou to Onake and Sadia for helping me out!

So disappointing

Out of all my years of online shopping, shopping at Redbubble has been the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my first order from the website and was shipped on Dec. 12. On Jan. 17 I contacted customer service because the item never arrived to me (the tracking never updated either) and was given store credit. I used this store credit and some additional money to buy another different item that was shipped on Jan. 29. Well, I was told it would arrive by Feb. 6 (perfect just in time for Valentines Day). Well I didn't get it by that date. I've messaged customer service twice now and was first told it would arrive (at the latest) by Feb. 12 then I messaged again because it had not arrived (and tracking has not updated) just to be told "it is on the way, that if it has not arrived by Feb. 27 to contact them again and that the tracking never updated because my package missed the scan at the packaging department." I am very angry at the fact that I keep getting told that my order will arrive and it never does. Well now it's Feb. 14 and I have no gift to give because now I have to wait until the 27 for a package that I highly doubt I will even receive.

*Update: I have been given a full refund for my order and the customer service representative was kind and apologetic about this situation. Not every company replies to customer reviews so I am appreciative of that. Thank you.

I fell in love with a watercolor painting by artist Jacqueline Maldonado and ordered a art board to hang on my wall. I was a little worried because it took about five extra days to reach me in Canada. The artists painting is beautiful but when the art board arrived i noticed it had about six or seven small scratches on it. The quality of the printing is really good just really disappointed about the scratches as It's really quite noticeable!
