I ordered a clock

I ordered a clock and the artwork looked very stunning, but the clockwork system didn't work. I didn't want to return the product to get a new one instead because I would've had to pay customs again because I ordered from Finland, but I was okay with that. I was hoping to leave a review about the product on Redbubble.com, only to realize that there's no way to leave a review. The current reviews on the site are cherry picked there is no way for any customer to leave a review, and thus the overall reviews seem very biased, which lowers the trustworthiness in my eyes.

This is the only time I've had any trouble with Redbubble. I've ordered t-shirts, zipper pouches, tote bags and stickers, and they've been always in excellent condition. The artworks on t-shirts have lasted really well as I've followed the instructions in care tags.

I have also used Redbubble as an artist myself. I hope artists would get a bigger share of the revenue without having to raise the prices immensely, but it's okay considering how safe and easy it is to use the site.

Terrible quality

I bought a t shirt with printed logo for £20.
The shirt used was the cheapest, worst quality shirt I have ever seen.
It was supposed to be slim fit but it had no real shape to it.
Will never buy off these guys again

Grainy and Horrible Quality

I'm glad I only ordered some stickers to test the quality of their printing, because they were literally the worst quality prints I have ever seen. Their printing process apparently involves using tiny dots of color that give the finished product an incredibly grainy, low-quality look. It was beyond disappointing, it was appalling. I have printed images off my rickety old printer that were better quality than these. Total waste of money; not buying from RedBubble ever again. Frankly, there's nothing they can do to convince me otherwise.

Terrible Service

Cool designs, but service is terrible. Paid for expedited shipping which was $1 more than the actual shirt. This was a gift for a birthday party and the item arrived 4 days AFTER the promised delivery date. Needless to say, I had no gift for the party. It would have arrived the same time with regular ground shipping. Contacted customer service who gave me a $5 credit for a $12.95 shipping charge. I'm not happy and will not be ordering from them again. Also be wary of promised coupons if you sign up. They will definitely bombard you with spam emails, but you'll never get that promised coupon.

Worst $#*! ever
September 19, 2019

I've been waiting for my order for like a month and a half and they have refunded me my money and sent a replacement order, replacement order hasn't came neither has the original supposedly they are " lost in post " I know they try there best to make sure orders have arrived but it just disappointed and im not the one to complain the order was a surprise gift for my little sister and now I went to her birthday party empty handed. Overall customer service was respectful and they tried there best to reply as quick as they can.

Still Waiting

Ordered a poster on Sept 1st. Delivery was between Sept 6-10. Still waiting. Checked on the status and it says in production. Don't order from this company unless you want slow shipping and terrible customer service.

Serial Incompetence
September 13, 2019

Ordered a printed tapestry. On arrival it was not printed properly, the image being cropped on one edge. Replacement sent, same problem. Second replacement, still the same problem. Then they admit that the can't actually make the item correctly. Astounding. Despite this the item is still advertised on their site.

Shan't bother using them again and have informed the the company using their services of their incompetence.

Horrible Customer service
September 12, 2019

I signed up with them and connected my PayPal, which was under a different email. They shut down my account saying it was fraudulent. I have contacted them how many times to say that it wasn't and to reinstate my account and have heard NOTHING back from them. It has been an awful experience!

I ordered my stickers on Aug 30th and it was supposed to come Sep 2-5. It is now Sep 6th. I just think it's never going to come. It says 24-48 hours for shipping but it's just been so long! I've been so excited for these stickers to come. I've been reading some reviews and some people get lucky and others don't. And I'm thinking I'm one of the unlucky. But I'm hoping they come in a couple of days.

I recently ordered a bunch of stickers off of redbubble. It came out to be pretty expensive but they looked nice on the website and I wanted to support artists. I clicked pay and was pretty excited because they were supposed to come in the next 7-10 days. When they never came, I checked the order tracker and it just said it was shipped. 2 weeks after I ordered them, I got an envelope in the mail from redbubble! I was so excited, my stickers finally came! I opened up the envelope and THEY SENT ME THE WRONG STICKERS. I was very very disappointed. I wrote redbubble an email but to took me forever to figure out where to write it and to find the email address. I wrote them a complaint asking them to fix my order and they responded within a few hours which surprised me because my standards for redbubble were already so low. When they wrote back, it didn't really seem like it was a real person who wrote to me though. The reply said I would receive my correct order in 5 days. 8 days later, I finally received the right stickers. But the quality was terrible. The stickers lost their stickiness very easily so I HAD TO TAPE THEM. Also, the actual pictures had bad coloring and just looked way worse than they did online.

Overview, I definitely would not recommend buying from redbubble. Although I did eventually get all my stickers, it is very overpriced and is so not worth all the trouble. Next time I'll just order a pack of 100 stickers from Amazon for 6 bucks and get them a day later.

Inaccurate Delivery Date

Date quoted was inaccurate. UPS confirmed that order wasnt even sent... only a lable was made. I kept inquiring w Redbubble and kept getting the same inaccurate answers. The item was meant to be part of a costume for a dance competition. It does me NO GOOD to get the item later. I found Redbubble to be impossible to deal with and i will not order from them again.

Huge disappointment
September 26, 2019

I gave this site a shot since it seemed to be the only place that sells beyblade characters. On July 28th I put my order through to buy two kids shirts and a bunch of stickers. I received a order number and a time frame that they would be delivered. It was Aug 3rd to the 6th. Well I received the two shirts but not the stickers. The shirts weren't even worth the price I paid because the iron on was faded in certain spots but I didn't make s sink about it. After the 6th I contacted them to tell them I never received my bundle of stickers and how the date said It would be delivered by the 6th the latest. They told me that the dates were not for the stickers. Mind you there was no way to track any of the stickers I purchased. So the rep told me to wait until the 13. Well I did just that and again I contacted them to tell them I still hadn't received it. So another rep told me I had to wait until 6pm on the 13th and then contact them again if nothing. So once again I waited until 6:30pm and contacted them. They wanted to replace then since they never showed. I said to the rep well if you don't give out tracking numbers how am I to know for sure that I will receive a replacement and her response was well the replacements usually show up. So what does that tell you? This must happen a lot. I didn't want to wait another week so they refunded me a portion of what I should have gotten back. It's really a disappointment because I really wanted to give them a chance regardless of the negative views.

I ordered on the 12th of August, it said that it was arriving aprox. aug 15-19 it is Aug 23rd and I still haven't received anything this is just so dissapointing. :(
I was really excited.
Please make something to solve this.

I had made art, and it was so much work to make and I'm getting very little profit off of it. I've sold $25 worth of my stickers and I only get less than $4 in my profit region. Not worth it. I started an Etsy shop instead and I love it so much! Redbubble is not worth it if you want your money worth for your product.

All I wanted was a reusable cloth bag, with fun cartoon art from Overly Sarcastic Productions brief series on the Chinese classic allegory, Journey to the West.

Redbubble charged a very reasonable price for on-demand screen printing, delivered in only 2 days for regular shipping, in a secure plastic bag, with a fun picture of a nice dog, printed on one side.

I paid for expedited shipping with a guarantee date. The shirt did not arrive on time. It was not sent with the expedited shipping, even though they promised me it was. The shirt finally arrived late, and the image was so crooked on the shirt, I would not have been able to use it anyways. The customer service was very aloof about it all.

Redbubble is the limewire of print on demand sites. They will ban you for no reason, including using a VPN.

I made few designs and started making sales then they locked my account. When I replied to their email and queried them about it they simply terminated my account and said how I had copyrighted stuff. A massive lie. They have no contact number no customer support and even if you submit a ticket they send you fake a email that says they will get to you soon and then they completely ignore you. They have a chat option but you don't know if it's a real person or a bot, they just repeat the same things and tell you to submit another ticket. Don't waste your time on Redbubble, they will most likely ban you steal your art, continue selling it and scam you if you buy art from them. Speaking of copyright, this screencap is just one "account" currently running on RB. Apparently you can sell all the copyrighted material you want, as long as you're RB.

1. (1st shirt) I received a shirt that was only half printed. Instead of Movement Optimist, it just says Movement in blurry letters. Plus the sizing is WAYYY off.
2. (2ed and 3erd shirts) I bought the exact same 'Let Go' shirt only in 2 different colors but in the same size. Yet one fits fine and the other is 4x larger.
3. When i tried to exchange this item via web... there is an error with my order number and no way to send an email or phone call.
4. I must say this is disconcerting that the sizes and quality are of such poor standards. There is no continuity in the sizing and each shirt I received is WILDLY different. All the shirts I received are not recommendable quality either. They are very scratchy and cheap feeling. Great designs but the printing on the shirts are not even centered correctly or printed fully and clearly. I have gotten good shirts from this company in the past but this load was a total bust :(

I ordered 4 items from them. I only received one. I got notifications that the item was delivered yet there was nothing at my front door. One of the items I bought from them on a previous occasion was delivered to the wrong house address several blocks over. Disgusting and poor customer service. Don't use!
