Lost in the mail? Give me a break. I've been doing business by mail for over 40 years and the worse I've experienced (till now) was a few days late (up to three). If a company cannot be certain a person receives their product by a certain date, then don't give one. Say it could take up to three or four weeks or something like that. Of course if you say it that way, you might not get the amount of business you would like to. Having checked (after the fact) reviews your company has gotten, it would seem my complaint is not unusual, in fact the first three pages were one or two stars and all about delivery. You want payment when it is ordered and we as customers want delivery when promised. You can keep your 25% off next order. There will not be another. There are more than enough businesses that do the job correctly. I do not have the time or desire to deal with one that handles customers in a cavalier fashion.
Purchased a sweatshirt from them because the website and stated "Order by Midnight, Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas". Obviously I had to choose Expedited Overnight Shipping which cost more than half the item price! All of that to get a shipping notification that my order would arrive on December 26th.
I emailed them twice during the wait to let them know only to be told that on their end it said arriving by Christmas.
The item arrived today and it smells disgusting! Would NEVER order from them again! Don't waste your time and money! Shop somewhere, anywhere else!
I purchased four different scarves with dark designs. They are beautiful, but the ink did not penetrate the hems around the edges, so on the backside there is a thin white stripe all the way around the scarf. My Christmas scarf was apparently printed off-center so in addition to the white hems on the back, 2 sides also have white borders that show on the front. I'll probably have to cut and re-hem the edges to get rid of the white stripes which I'm not looking forward to since I know my hems won't be as good as the professionals.
I ordered my own designs merchandise just to see how they look. It's been more than 2 months and I still didn't get money. Not to mention other customers ordered my designs which there's noway I can find out. I only know when I ordered my own designs. Just wonder how could they're still in business!
I'm pretty sure if they found this review they will pay me just they did to many others.
I was able to buy some great unique things for Christmas this year. I ordered them early and it took some time to get here but it all looks great. Especially the socks!
I ordered a bunch of stickers. They didn't show. I was told to wait. Still didn't show. They sent it out again. Waited a week after that was supposed to arrive and still nothing. Their customer service was pretty good, probably because they deal with this all the time. Still disappointed and let down
I placed an order on cyber Monday. I was quoted the discounted pricing, sales tax and shipping charges were also quoted. I entered my credit card information. When I received the order confirmation, shipping charges were higher. I have been trying to work with their customer service "portal" because there isn't a phone number to call a human being. All responses are scripted and it's really unprofessional.
Like other costumers have said, the stickers I ordered never arrived. I ordered the stickers in October and it says it was delivered in November. I never got these. Where is the proof these were delivered? I have patiently been waiting and have decided to say something now. I am very disappointed because this was suppose to be part of a holiday present. Also, how in the world do you get in touch with costumer service? It was so hard to connect with them. I want a refund. I don't trust this company or the seller that sold these stickers. The seller's name is "aartmoore." Don't buy from this seller or this website unless you expect your stuff to not get delivered.
I placed items in my cart to hold for Black Friday sale. When I went to use their promo code, I noticed they increased their shipping rates during the sale. When I asked the company about this, they had me submit AND PAY FOR the order with the more expensive 'discount' before they would look into it.
Customers should know they are being unethical in their business practices.

My little granddaughters are to take part in a play about Charlottes Web. I ordered a few cute cards, in plenty of time I thought. They never even got shipped. I git right on it because this was important to me. Excuses, excuses, excuses. I will never order from them again and I truly hope no one else does if you don't want to be disappointed. Unbelievable over a few greeting cards.
The shirts have nice designs but began peeling of the fabric on the second washing. Worst quality printing I have ever received.
I bought a bunch of stickers on the 26th of September, and they're were supposed to get here the 4th-9th and i emailed them and they re sent the sticker and they were supposed to be here the 22nd-25th. It's now the 24th of October and nothing. I'm so pissed I've never had a horrible experience with shipping. I just want my god damn stickers.
Really good variety of topics and art to choose from-- super fun to browse the site and pick out stickers. Thanks to the artists, not RedBubble. My first sticker order cost $5 to ship, took over a week, and came in two regular mailing envelopes. Why so expensive?! Also, stickers were grainy and not a quality printing job. I'm really disappointed.
Had a very positive experience dealing with Tina from daisyever. I received my dress and unfortunately there was a burn hole on the side. After contacting Tina and sending her pictures, she assured me that they would make me a new one and ship it immediately. Within a month (an acceptable time frame since I ordered the dress in advance) I received the new dress and was very happy with the results. Thank you Tina! For making the mother of the bride very happy!
We ordered a print and it came all crumpled and bent. We needed this for our office's Grand Opening!
Bought some cute stickers from the site and expected them between 3-5 business days. When nothing arrived the day it was supposed to be delivered. I contacted support. They said to wait another 5 days or so for the order. I did, and nothing arrived. After another week I contacted them again. No one could tell me where my package was. I asked for a refund and thankfully I got it back but I'm really disappointed with this site. I had heard good things but it didn't live up to what I heard.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
