I've had my stickers for at least 1 or 2 weeks now and they absolutely look terrible now. I am sad to say I wasted my money because they are all scratched and smudged but I have done nothing to ruin them.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Everything was mailed seperately. I wanted to of everything I ordered and only got one. When I tried to contact them, they could not figure out how to get it right. I still have not gotten what I needed but have given up due to frustration. Everytime I emailed them a different person emailed me back so I had to explain the story all over again. They wanted pictures of what I received. My experience with Redbubble was a NIGHTMARE

First time i've ordered from Redbubble and i'm so pleased. I've ordered pair of leggings. The size is perfect for me, the print is so beautiful and so well printed, the fabric feels great, I absolutely love it! I'm surprised to see the bad reviews here because my experience was perfect. The delivery was late alittle bit but it's totally understandable. When I noticed I didn't get it on the estimate delivery time which was the 21/5/2019, I approached costumer service and got a quick reply saying it will arrive by the 28th and if not to contacted them. I got them today which is exactly as they said and I'm in love. It's perfect! I will definitely order again!

You offer a student discount. Perhaps if you broadened that to discounts in general, then I could type in my military discount, grandma could get her senior citizen discount, my dog could get the service dog discount, you know.

I only wish I had come to this review site first to see all the poor ratings related to non-delivery. Like many others, I received an email notifying me that my order had been delivered today. No order received.

When I contacted RedBubble by Chat (there is no phone number and I see why with all the complaints), the representative said that sometimes the shipper will notify that the order was delivered, but it may still take 24 hours after the email notice to receive. This makes no sense.

I requested that they attempt to contact the shipper to find out the status of my order, and was told they could not do this. Then the rep went on to say that my package (to an office building) may have been left in the bushes by the deliverer. I said this is not possible as there is always someone in our office and our building is open. Then I was told that the order would be at the post office if not received.

That's it... I filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will take them to small claims court if I have to. I want my money back and not to mention that I'm disappointed that I did not receive the items ordered. The artisit is local and I'm going to call her and let her know about this. This is the worst business practice I have ever heard of. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scammers

Ordered an item for a birthday present. Package arrive 1 week later than scheduled by them. When it arrived instead of the art ordered there was a piece of cardboard. Customer service said they would send a new one free of charge. When asked about when I will get refunded they backtracked and said you either get the replacement or refund with no replacement. I asked for it to be overnighted and they said they could not. Total scam. Don't purchase anything.

I have placed orders on four separate occasions before and had problems more times than not, I'm not sure why I decided to place another order probably because I like their shirts. But it has now been 3 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped. It is now Friday afternoon and all my other orders which were also T-shirts have shipped through UPS Mail Innovations which do not operate on the weekends. This means that if it doesn't ship today it won't ship tomorrow or the next day, so even if it finally would ship on Monday it would be nearly a week after I placed the order which is completely unacceptable. Even three days just for it to ship is unacceptable. And since I bought this for someone's birthday it will arrive much too late.
And to add insult to injury the customer service people who answered the chat option are about as useless as an AI would be since all they do is repeat the policy to you instead of offering a solution or getting in touch with the people that are supposed to ship the shirt. It's just another typical "once we have the money we don't give a damn about you" business.
This will definitely be the last time I will give them my money and I advise anyone else to spend their money some other place too.

I ordered two t-shirts for my 17 year old. Unfortunately they did not fit her. I ordered a size small but both were two tight (she needs loose fitting clothing). I requested an exchange... Redbubble and the artists took care of the exchange immediately (at no cost) The t-shirts were excellent fabric and construction and the artists' (Soleilou and Sovonight) work was amazing. Highly recommend RedBubble for t-shirts... and these two artists! Will be ordering all t-shirts from Redbubble in the future.

I also got an email that said my product was delivered and I have no product. Looks very bad when it's a recurring thing. Filing my PayPal claim for sure after I have seen it happens to others.

Very disappointed

I ordered a few stickers and have still not received them. I got an email confirmation saying they were delivered but I havent received a package yet. Starting to believe from other reviews this website is just a scam. Disappointed and won't be visiting to order off this site again.

Nightmare!

I ordered 2 shirts a month later I still dont have them their so called customer service did nothing but give me the run around and call me a liar. I had a pair of shorts custom made to match one of the shirts, now I am out the money for the shorts as well. Never buy for these people again.

Worst shipping ever

Terrible shipping. I ordered some small stickers that shipped on the 28th of February. They were supposed to arrive on the 5th of March. According to the UPS tracking the item arrived to a UPS pick up facility in my city on the 5th. Even though the estimated delivery date was on the 5th, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an additional 6 days. The item still hasn't arrived and its obvious that this has gotten lost in transition. Customer service continues to tell me to wait, claiming that they won't do anything until the 14th, almost an entire week after the estimated ship date. Now I have to wait another week for them to send out the items through the terrible shipping services they use, even though they charge you an arm and a leg. So in total it's going to have taken them over a month or longer to send me some tiny stickers. I've had items from China arrive quicker then Redbubble. Customer service has been terrible, I will never, ever, return to this website.

I got some issue a month ago about my account that had been instant banned for no reasons at all, they finally reinstated but it took a month so I change the rating for that. They say the reasons my account was banned because it was caught it their spam filter.

First of all I'm an indie designer mainly draw vector based design for T-shirt and the like, goes by the name sadpanda, therealsadpanda if it was on redbubble, I have some of my work on other POD site. Today I decided to sign up with them as a vendor, it's not my first time signing up with them, I had my first account but after not active for about a few month it seem they close it, I didn't really consider the reason at that time but not right now, anyway sadly something goes really wrong when I submitted my first work on redbubble, I receive an instant ban notice, which really surprise me. I'd heard several major issue around the net regarding redbubble treatment with their vendor and designer but I never really thought that it was this bad, at this moment I don't really know what could the issue be, my friend tell me that redbubble doesn't allow a non verified paypal account for payment method, but mine is verified by paypal so I guess that not it, is it my work then, but I'm pretty sure it's not that because I draw the monster design myself, it's a monster design that I uploaded when it was banned, the monster name is Mauler and right now, I have no idea what the issue is. So did I just waste my time signing up and correcting the placement of my design on all that product which is take a lot of time only to be instantly banned with no reason whatsoever? It seem to be the case. But I'll try to send an email to their support and see how it goes.

Okay, it's been 3 weeks since I send an email to their support and there had no reply other than the canned response that they send to everybody else, so stay away if you don't want to waste your time and money. It's just my opinion but all of this make me think that they somehow support those art theft with their low quality copy paste while killing the original artist like us on their site which is quite crazy if I must say.

I ordered 2 t-shirts with a custom print on a Saturday, 2 weeks later on Saturday they came in, a few days after the estimated delivery date, but the quality was excellent. I had them in too late and could not use them anymore unafortunately (they were for carnival) but then everything was handled perfectly by the customer service. I'm a fan

Buyer Beware!

I ordered a wall hanging from Redbubble on 1/28/19. Two days later I received an email that it had shipped and the estimated delivery was Feb 4-6. However, as of 2/5 the UPS "tracking" number provided in the shipping email indicated that UPS did not receive my package to ship in the first place. I emailed customer service (what company does not have a phone number?!?!) on 2/4 asking when my package would be shipped and I received the following response from "Max" on 2/5:

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to hear that your order isn't with you at the moment. Not to worry, I'll be happy to assist. I've checked in on your order and can see that it was shipped out on 30 January 2019 to the address:

We expect your order to arrive by 6 January 2019. Please get back to us if your order isn't with you by 13 February 2019 at the very latest. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Have a great day!

Biggest error is the date when the order was expected to arrive (1/6/19) which is BEFORE I even ordered the product on 1/28/19. I wrote "Max" again on 2/5 and said how can this package arrive if UPS does not have it to ship? He replied minutes later using the same canned response:

We expected your order to arrive by 6 January 2019, but some orders may take a little longer to arrive due to shipping or postal service issues. Again, there is NO WAY my order could have been expected to arrive BEFORE I placed it and "Max" ignores my point that the UPS says my package is not at the facility to be shipped according to the "tracking" number when I enter it in the UPS website. And yes, my package is still not with me 5 minutes after I wrote my last email.

Despite the fact that on 1/******* I received an email saying my package had shipped, on 2/13/19 the UPS tracking number indicates that my package has still not made it to the facility to be shipped out. Obviously I am never getting this item if it has not made it to UPS after TWO WEEKS and no one at Redbubble cares. I asked "Max" to refund the money to my credit card which he claimed he did on 2/13 with what looks to be a fake confirmation number.

At this point I do not hold out any hope that I will receive my package and the money I paid is gone forever. Customer "service" is an oxymoron with these robots! Will never purchase anything from this website again.

The greatest!

My gosh! I felt so happy when I received my items from RedBubble. The artwork is fantastic and Dashy who created the items made it so well. I love this so much and have never felt happier to recieve such amazing gifts from a good friend of mine. I really like my cup, my shirts are what I like to wear everyday and no matter what I am always happy to buy from this website.
