All is forgiven

I waited a long time for my order to arrive because it was coming from Spain I received an email telling me by order arrived but it never did arrive so I wrote to red bubble and instead of getting an answer I gave an automated email telling me they're too busy to respond to me. I can deal with a lengthly delivery, I can deal with the product getting lost even. But to be ignored when I contact them is too much and i left a one star review but in the end someone did get back to me and they resent the product which was lovely so all is good and it seems that they do care about their customers afterall.

I placed an order in the middle of may, was supposed to arrive between June26th and july3rd but it still has not arrived.
Their website has no contact number or email, only generic faqs
I'm upset because during the same time I've ordered from other sites and have received multiple orders, while it's taking me 2 months to receive my first order from Redbubble.
Lack of communication is the most frustrating.
Don't use Redbubble.
Teepublic offers all the same stuff except their shipping is on point.
Boo to Redbubble, send me order or refund my purchase
I've even attached a pic of my tracking status. Says should arrive july3rd, as of June 29th still awaiting package in Reno nevada.
Today is July 5th and I live in nyc.
I placed this order in may.
I don't want to hear coronavirus as an excuse because like I said, teepublic is running just fine.

Fraudulent site

I placed two (rather expensive) orders which were never delivered even after five weeks of time. After contacting the Customer care about the past due date of shipping the order, they gave me an answer that it was lost in transit (when it wasn't even made yet!). The first order was shipped after 4-5 days, but also never arrived. All the consecutive answers were like the customer care clerks were bored on their job and they were just chit-chatting with me about ridiculous things, like "Write us again if the parcel doesn't arrive on the 5th', when it's actually the 5th when I am writing to them. Now I am stuck without my orders, without a large chunk of money I paid for the orders (must say, this was the most expensive shipping I've ever paid, and - I never got my items), as well as a customer service that is making a real fool out of me with their e-mails, instead of trying to solve the issue. I feel literally robbed and humiliated like never before!

Bad service
August 2, 2020

Order was shipped on June 22. Tracking says it was dropped of at post office in my town and will be delivered on June 29. Went to post office and it was never there. Tried to find out were package was and just get the same message over and over again to "check with your locals" even though I wrote I already did. They just keep sending me the tracking that says it is at my postoffice. Do yourself a favor don't go to this company!

I ordered a Justice for George Floyd T-Shirt on June 3rd 2020. I received several e-mail messages from Redbubble that I will receive the T-Shirt on or before June 29th 2020. I'm still waiting. I would appreciate it if I would receive the T-Shirt on or before June 29th 2020 as you have stated.
Also, I would like to know who I should complain to in regards to this matter. Who do customers complain to when they have problems with Redbubble?

Shockingly bad

Poor customer services, 6 weeks & still no products nor any idea where they are. Asked for another couple to be made got no response

RedBubble Ripoff

My order was placed a month ago with an estimate delivery of 7-10 days ago.
No delivery - No Customer Service telephone number... frankly, there is no customer service at all.
The RedBubble website is designed to frustrate and deflect.
Finally, tried to get in touch with RedBubble through FaceBook which generated a computer message about how busy they are and I would hear from them at some future date.
These poor artists have no idea what a substandard job RedBubble is doing (nish3300, merkraht, Sharon Turner, KsuAnn)
STEER CLEAR!
RedBubble is disinterested and unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE

1. Had some light grey fine print at the bottom of an offer (not obvious to read) stating you must order $60 or more to get a free facemask. Then in even LIGHTER grey they say the facemask is NOT to prevent germs or anything, it's just flimsy and for show.

When you try to put in the coupon code for the free mask, it FAILS, but they don't TELL you it fails. (No warning bubble saying that you must spend 60$) so you THINK the coupon code went in!

That is called tricky advertising right there.

2. Then charged an additional 5.76 to my Visa, on top of the agreed order price. No notification of this or anything. I never would have seen it if I had not checked my bank.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Not reliable.

Not reliable. I did not get my product and it is overdue. I want my money refunded. They are not trying to resolve issue. Instead, I get the go around excuses. All I want is my money back and they do nothing. Don't order from them. They still money. I reporting it to the better business bureau too.

I ordered a mask with a character from Crash Landing. I received a mask totally unrelated to my order. I went to returns to request a refund or return and received a message that it is not returnable. Customer service does not exists for this site. So if you want to order something and get another product unrelated- this is the site for you. So now I will stop payment via my credit card. See photo of what I received.

T-shirts arrived with wash instructions. Sadly, even washing in cold and hang drying (as instructed) does little to prevent the print from peeling away from the cloth. Overpriced and lowest quality garbage that I've ever come across. Makes cafepress look exemplary by comparison.

Firstly, I understand Covid-19 is affecting businesses around the world. But even with their generous projected shipping date they still failed to deliver my items within a reasonable time frame. I wanted to send my friend a shirt reminiscent of our college days together to cheer him up during this difficult time. So I ordered one for him and one for me on May 6th. The expected shipment was over a month out due to Covid-19, so I could expect my shirts on June 3rd-10th. Not ideal but understandable. By June 6th I had gotten frustrated that the order still hasn't been manufactured so I reached out asking for an update. Within a couple hours my order was marked ready to ship, as if I had just kicked them in the butt to do their job. I received no response from the seller. It was obvious that the items would not get to me by the June 10th deadline, but maybe it would be just a couple days after. Well it is June 18th today and I'm still waiting to receive it. I don't even know what the actual quality of the product is. This will be my last time doing business with Redbubble. Absolutely horrible service, stay away!

June, 2020. As my order was 4 days late and still not arrived, I emailed customer service. I received a response 3 days later. Stating that there was "probably" a delay due to corona virus and it would not arrive POSSIBLY up to another 12 days. At the time of the response the tracking information stated it was in my hometown but yet Redbubble is stating POSSIBLE arrival in 2 weeks. I still have not received my order and have not received any response regarding money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It takes forever to get the stuff from here
Whether because it's processing or in production or whatever but it takes forever. Things aren't cheap and on top of that you have to wait long times to get it... not happy ah all

I ordered an item for my niece's graduation. It was supposed to arrive at the VERY latest the day before I flew to her graduation. Of course it did not and acutally didn't come until FOUR days later. They asked me for my information, order #, etc as if they were going to help me. Nope, no help at all, just excuses and 'we hope you understand'. I don't understand, it's your responsibility to fulfill orders on time. I had nothing to give to my niece which was embarassing and now I have to AGAIN pay extra money to have it sent to her. I will never order from them again.

Don't be fooled by the reviews on redbubble as they are fake. I clicked on another item by the same seller and it has the exact same reviews on the same day by the same person. Of course, it didn't stop me from ordering my travel mug which arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in good condition. Looks like the print on the mug wasn't done correctly as it has already started to bubble like they have cleaned it with the wrong product. Still... Good Mug. 6/10 Up to you whether it is worth it.

Ordered a sticker from an artist called Wonkyrobot, the sticker itself was fine, but the print on the sticker came right off. I contacted Wonkyrobot to correct this issue and possibly send me out another sticker, completely ignored my message. Didn't even try to contact me to fix this problem, they obviously don't care about their customers concerns or complaints and their products are bad quality.

After receiving an incorrect size item, I expected a refund, instead received a credit. Nothing of interest, ended up using a portion of credit for a t-shirt ordered (every one can use a t-shirt to clean garage or?), after a LONG delay, I finally received the t-shirt. The print is poor, the material thin enough I think I could read the newspaper through it. Probably will use for a cleaning rag. I'll forego the bal. Of credit, there's nothing I would order. Quality of each item ordered was poor at best. Grossly overpriced for quality.
