I bought a dress from redbubble for £39.11 and paid shipping fees £14. I then got a bill from duty and taxes for £18.40 which I didn't expect so in total the dress has cost me £71.51 which is not anyway near what I thought I would end up having to pay. Just because it came from America. Not happy at the hidden charges
Great designs on face masks. But so thin and very bad straps. These masks will not offer you protection from anything.
Stay away from this place, if you are looking for masks. They are produced by private people (or worst yet, private people, waiting to get it produced and then send it to you, so you are having a completely contra-productive 3rd party involved, doing absolutely nothing just wasting your time and money)
In practice, my two orders went like this:
First order: waited weeks to get it produced and then, incredibly, 2 more months until it arrived, to an address i moved out from in the meanwhile (but my address change request was ignored, they never did anything about it)
Second order: (ye I know, what was I thinking ordering from there again, but their designs look sometimes cool),
They sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DESIGN, not even close to anything that I ordered. Never gave me the option to simply get my money back, I just simply been offered a replacement, that... yes you guessed it, "being produced" for 3 weeks now...
Its an UTTER JOKE. STAY AWAY.
I placed an order nearly a month ago and when I check my order my mask has not even been made. They sent me a random email saying sorry for delay but shipment is delayed? How can it be on any ship if it aint even been made LOL l! There is no customer service to speak anyone. If they dont refund or forward me my item ill do a chain on facebook for all my thousands of friends to pass on my message to all their thousands of friends to avoid Redbubble at all costs. I will keep you all updated.
I was so excited about my shirt. It was going to take a month to ship, I paid a lot for shipping. That's okay, I told myself. The shirt will be worth it!
Boy, was I wrong. The printing is AWFUL. Blurry and muted and sad.
They've asserted that they're going to send another shirt (also going to take a month) without offering a refund. I don't have high hopes for the next one.
I ordered this one shirt as a test run for Redbubble. If the shirt was good I would continue to order hundreds of dollars in merchandise from them. I already had all the shirts I wanted lined up. Now I will never order from them again.

I ordered a sweater, a note book, a card and a sticker from them, and I receive all of the things I ordered exept the sticker, in 4 days!
The reason why I gave them 4 star is because I took like ten days for the sticker the be delivered. Also the notebooks are very small. Based on the picture, I tought it will be a large notebook. Also tne printing on the notebook is kindda burr so I was a little bit disappointed, but I'm too lazy to return it lol.
The quality of the sweater is amazing I have notthing negative to say about it, same thing for the birthday card I bought.
Finally, the sticker is definitly not worth it, mine was very small( I guess it depend on the sticker you purchase) and they are expensive for what they really are. I might purchase another sweater from them again, but for the notebook and the sticker, it's a no for me.
So if you hesitate to buy cloth from them, I say go for it, but if you are wondering if you should buy some stickers or notebooks from them, you may want to think twice about it.
What a burst of altruistic, shining, slap-in-your-face -creativity abounds at Redbubble. I don't know when my love affair started with Redbubble but it has blossomed ever since. This site is a great big cauldron of mystical, imaginative, and fresh but not excluding radically-challenging art. Below you will see the dress that was perfect for my book mobile. My a line skirts evoke conversations as I AM WEARING ART ON MY BODY. People can't look away. It is candy for their eyes during the time of the virus or not during the virus. They appeciate aesthetic objects and what better way to share than by wearing them! I have ordered around 20 facemasks. From Aretha Franklin to Smiley Lips, they always get a reaction. I love the Smiley Lips as it automatically makes people smile. I purchased some self-esteem posters that were really edgy for my alternative students. Please take 5 minutes to satisfy your inner soulfulness and check out this treasure trove of fertility when it comes to the imagination... all at one site!
Redbubble delivery is horrible. They use UPS Mail Innovations for shipping of items that are smaller than art print sizes. I ordered a print on canvas and it arrived in 3 days via FedEx and in perfect shape. I have one order shipped 7/6 via UPS Mail Innovations and as of 7/22 no one knows where it is. I tried to contact UPS Mail Innovations and they can't be bothered. In fact they put all the responsibility back on either Redbubble or me. Meaning "contact vendor (Redbubble) for a replacement or file for a loss" The problem for me is that Redbubble has been notified time and again that UPS Mail Innovations is horrible, but they continue to use them. I get responses from Redbubble like "shipping is done through a third party..." That's all well and good, but if you are aware of your chosen shippers inadequacy and you continue to use them then you have to shoulder the blame too. Unfortunately before I knew just how bad this was going to be I placed two more orders with Redbubble and guess which shipper they used... that's right! And guess where my other two orders are... yep, nobody knows. I'm done with Redbubble until they care enough to get a new shipping company.
They haven't kept me updated on my delivery times. It's been over 2-3 weeks now. I've contacted them and they say to write back if I don't receive it by the 21st... it's the 22nd. How pathetic is this? Never doing business with this company ever again. Also, where's my sticker? This is such a corrupt company... read people's reviews.
I ordered a phone case a month ago and was told it was going to arrive 10 days ago. I haven't gotten any update emails or updates on the app and ups hasn't updated since the 10 days ago. No ways of tracking at all I do not recommend using Redbubble at all unless they fix their tracking system.
Ordered two t-shirts on May 8. After 4 weeks got a "shipped" notice, but no packages. At 6 weeks, customer service told me that one of the t-shirts was "no longer available" and gave me a credit to order all over again. (BTW - where was the other t-shirt?) At 10 weeks, the new order has not arrived at the "estimated delivery date" and customer service response is that the delivery date is still 2 weeks away. C'mon, how hard is it to print a design, iron it on a t-shirt, and put it in an envelope?
I ordered a "classic tshirt" but i have super sensitive skin and their shirt is waaaaaaaaay too rough (i break out into hives and would eventually go into anaphylactic shock if i would wear that shirt for more that 3 hours)
I paid waaaay too much $$$ for a shirt i can't use, so i emailed them and they actually emailed me back, gave me a refund voucher for price of the shirt AND shipping, so we'll see how it goes from here
I ordered stickers ($40 worth!) for work. The tracking was never updated and eventually said it was delivered. Did UPS deliver it to another address? No idea because it is USPS Innovations. I cannot get anyone to respond to me from either end. Thank you for sending me the follow-up survey, because I noted the same complaint there. Super disappointed as these were for part of essential health care workers' gift baskets. Won't be ordering again.
Shame, they have such a good selection of products by using 3rd party artists however their customer service and their incredibly slow shipping times are garbage.
I've ordered several times from this site, primarily stickers for the past few years. It's always been very slow. It's been getting worse, and Redbubble just blames it on their "3rd party manufaturers". Several of my orders go missing, but at least they have the decency to replace it. This basically increases the delivery time to 1-2 months, instead of 2 weeks.
Accidentally purchased two of the same items and needed to return one, emailed the website and had assistance with the order not even 24hrs after making the purchase. Awesome help! Will definitely be coming back to Redbubble in the near future.
Ordered 4 masks on the 4th of June, Expected delivery June 24th. I was happy on the 17th to see they shipped, but updates stopped after the 24th. I was hopeful again when it was updated on the 29th, but it hasn't been updated since and there is no insurance on package to even file a claim to find it.
I then contacted redbubble support through email, no phone number which should have been a red flag... got 2 automated responses which is fine i understand they are probably short staffed. However when they did finally respond the solution they offered was to send me a new free order with an expected delivery date in August.
I would like a refund to go buy much needed masks from someone that actually cares about their customers. And please don't add the "redbubble attempted to chat through sitejabber" I'm more than happy to speak to someone and am eager to actually.
They offer allot of stuff, and their art is cool!
If you have problems with missing shipments (from experience) they will get back to you and help resolve it!
I ordered a tshirt, a simple tshirt, the first week of June. Received notice that it was completed June 12, would arrive in ten days. Without notice, the delivery was pushed back longer and longer, and the special-needs young girl for whom I ordered it tried hard to understand. As of July 8, the Redbubble site shows my order not ready to ship. Redbubble says now that Covid delays the delivery, but it hasn't even shipped. Blaming its uncaring incompetence on UPS or whoever they utilize is wrong, a lie, if you haven't even shipped something. The artist' won't respond to my direct communication, and Redbubble wants only to hide behind lies and claims that someone else is responsible for its glaring shortcomings. Advise that you turn to Zazzle or others who contract dependable vendors or who will at least accept responsibility instead of pivoting away from accountability.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
