The report only had specs on the vehicle and recall history which I can easily Google for free. No title history, no sales history, both of which were listed as items on the sample report before I purchased. This report is of no use to me.

This site offers you a free search, tells you it found information click here to view. Once you click it, you're told in order to view you must subscribe for 14.98 So I do. I click the file to view and I'm told they found no background information. I tried a different search and everything I clicked on informed me for an additional amount I can see this info. When I began searching, there were Canadian results and I wanted to see the details and therefore made the payment to continue. But after I made the payment, it says no record was found. Why? Only after I made the payment that the results disappeared. And then, it forces me to enter an American city and State. I'm Canadian and I will only be searching for Canadians. It is no use to me and I want a full refund!

When I entered a VIN # in the beginning of using the website the record was found. Once I paid and entered the VIN # they said they couldn't find the record. I checked to make sure I entered the VIN correctly but they kept saying the record couldn't be found.
