Ran plate came back with correct car then said it had info paid the fee and then nothing. Feel deceived.
After I signed up for this service, I canceled it immediately. I am a business owner and contractor for 11 years now. I received an email about a lien being filed on which I found out is a scam but the first thing I did was check to see if my name was somehow involved in a lien. So I chose to sign up with Records Finder on which not only did they not have my name listed anywhere, they didn't even have my company in their data base which to me is not a good system to trust if I am paying my money to look for someone. When I cannot find myself who is listed with not only the BBB but the CSLB which is the Contractor's State License Board in California, what does it say about this search company!

When I wasn't finding any up to date information I was looking for I did a search on my self and my husband. Full of errors and reports of "no records" for things I know should be easily found. There must be other real record finders out there because you always hear "everything is on the internet" but these guys don't know how to find it for you.

I looked up 2 VINs numbers and got nothing but vehicle specs that I can get anywhere for free.
If the is a good possibility no useful information will be provided then that should be made clear before taking my money.

I did a search by VIN number, was told I could pay for the vehicle report. Once I paid THEN I was told there are no findings. So I gave money for nothing.
