I don't like the way you drag me through all the steps on creating the report and then hit me with fees at the very end. Then say if you want the full report you even have to pay more for premium. If you had a good product, just be up front and say this is what the report and membership cost up front and not hide it at the very end. Seems a bit shady to me. I will be canceling my membership before the end of the trial.

Hello! I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription without my knowledge until I got an email from PayPal about the charge today. I initially tried to get reimbursed through PayPal but was told to try directly from your company first. So I called your customer service # and was respectfully and kindly greeted by Matt who made the refund process seamless and I'm grateful there was no hassle. I asked for a confirmation and literally got the email confirmation for the reimbursement a minute later while still on the phone with him, so I appreciate greatly the efficiency.

First off, I spoke with Madison today (6/7/2023). She was friendly and spoke clearly. THAT I really appreciate. Some reps from different companies speak SO quickly or have such a HEAVY accent (or both) that audio conversations are limited, or impossible. She was also knowledgeable and took care of my needs quickly and effortlessly. Thank you.
I was happy to use RecordsFinder for the one license plate, car theft issue I had. I didn't need any more info. I may in the future. I am very likely to use RecordsFinder again.
1) When I tried to cancel my 7-Day trial online, it kept saying there was an error. It said it was my phone number. That was frustrating because I COULD have used my cell instead of my home number...but I didn't remember what I used and didn't want to give away any more information if I didn't need to. Perhaps a message to the customer on your sign-in document (my goodness, you have multiple warnings. I had to look up the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994 to know what the warnings were about). That would add to the confidence customers would have with your site.
2) It did give me 3 owners, but they were numbered and not dated so I didn't know who the recent owner's name was.
3) Name alone, as I know you know, does not mean I can contact this person...and the Google search pulled up multiple persons with the same name. I would have appreciated any narrowing down my search, if you could have.
With all the (same) names and numbers I got through Google, I narrowed down my search to basic 50-mile radius.
Yet, I did not reach the owner of the vehicle. Multiple names, multiple people for each name, and multiple numbers for each person made my search difficult. I HOPE this is all any one service can provide, but I may experiment with another "License plate owner finder" service in the future just to see if they can provide more info, at the same low price, is available.
Otherwise, I am pleased with RecordsFinder. The site was clean and easy to navigate. My main piece of input would be:
Putting the first-time customer at ease and assuring that customer of the legitimacy of your site, would be a simple, but incredibly beneficial, addition to your sign-up process.
The (Private) point in the signature below is exactly what I mean. Good job.
