Definitely most items are not quality which is made from China and there is no return. You can return it but you have to pay for shipping which all the way down to Philippines. Shipping is much more expensive then item itself. There is no return label. They don't pay for shipping.
I am just a student barely bought shoes, terrible quality and hurt my toes so badly. Now I can not return it and I can not purchase another shoes because I spent my last money for shoes.

First and foremost, I am so sorry again that you're not happy with the shoes you ordered. Please understand that in situations where an item doesn't fit, we are always happy to help set up a return for a refund with the seller for you.

RebelsMarket is an online marketplace where hundreds of different sellers from all over the world sell, ship, and maintain their own products.

The return policy for this particular seller does advise that customers are responsible for returning any items that aren't damaged, defective, or wrong. If you ever receive an item that isn't as it should be, or if it is damaged or defective, we will always hold the seller accountable to cover the return shipping cost for you.

Currently, we are working with you, and the seller, to see if we can get at least a partial refund issued back to your original method of payment without having to return the item back if you'd prefer to do so and will do whatever we can to try to make this situation right for you. Really disappointed,

A disaster, I bought what appears in the catalog (shoes) and they sent something not even similar, poorly done, and low quality.
I recommend not to buy in this place.

I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and chose size large as a US size, implying the purchase was within the USA. After paying, I received an email saying they were changing the size to 3XL since these were Asian sizes and that would equal L in US. This was the first sign I had been duped. Then the shirt took several weeks to arrive. When it did, it is VERY thin, NOT like a sweatshirt at all. It is also misshapen and long. In short, I do not like it and feel I paid 3 times what it is worth, which would be about ten dollars, if priced to reflect its quality. I made 2 purchases in one at this site - first and last.

I am a new customer of Rebels Market and in March, I ordered my first item through their website. A custom made kilt from an overseas seller. I had some problems with what was shipped and contacted Rebels Market Customer Service.

In comes the absolute best customer service person ever, Belle!

I purchased a $72.00 item and received a million dollars worth of customer service from Belle in resolving the issues concerning my order. She is a consummate professional, personable, and just plain out wonderful.

She resolved my problem, and in doing so made me a Rebels Market loyal customer. I know I can buy with confidence on Rebels Market. Belle kept me informed almost daily and tracked my replacement shipment as I did.

I was always addressed as a customer in a personal manner. I was never addressed as a "order number". Like the norm is in todays online marketplace.

Best Customer Service "EVER"

Ripoff scam
August 18, 2020

Ordered masks and after weeks of waiting I am given the runaround that the items shipped. It clearly states that the label has been created and nothing has been delivered by USPS for shipping. Bought through paypal, fortunately. They refuse to cancel the order and refund my money claiming the order has shipped. Just look through the recent reviews. This is fraud, pure and simple.

We are very sorry for the frustration of this situation. We had sent you an email from our Premium orders email address instead of our Support email address (This is because we didn't receive any emails through our support system from you) that it may take 48 hours for the manufacturer to provide an update, we responded back to you within 24 hours providing the tracking information. Unfortunately, Covid19 has caused some delays with shipments due to the need for social distancing.

It can take 72 hours for the tracking to update in USPS's system normally, however, they are also experiencing delays due to Covid and may require more time to scan shipments in. As we advised, we are more than happy to assist with a return for a full refund once you receive the items, or if you are able to call USPS to refuse the package. Once the package is received by the warehouse, we are always more than happy to assist with a return.

Please understand that per our FAQ, once an order has been placed, we're unable to guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped, in this case, your order has been shipped and we are unable to stop the shipment to cancel the order. We also advise that it may take 48 hours for a response from our sellers or manufacturers, however, we will always keep you updated as quickly as possible within our open hours.

Please contact us at [email protected] with your Order number once you refuse the shipment so we can get this taken care of for you.

Rebelsmarket was once a go to for me as we had a difficult time finding alt clothes for our Daughter. Rebelsmarket CLAIMS they purchase from "vendors all over the World" in an attempt to hide the fact they are dropship. As a consumer, this is irritating and sketchy at best as they seem to be at the mercy of the dropship company's vendors (So 3ish people removed from who I gave money to). As a seller in America dropship is insulting to my time, money and intelligence. For anyone not in the know, a big reason your item in America is so expensive is convenience. So a business (business person) buys the item from another country for practically nothing, for this example we will use $16usd waits a month-2 months for delivery, sighs a breathe of relief it actually showed up, then puts it in their store for $83usd. Customer comes along sees jeans, pays shopkeep and boom the consumer goes on without a care in the world and shop owner can keep their lights on. But Rebelmarket thinks they can charge people the shop prices AND have you wait the month/2months as well as make consumers powerless as they attempt to recoup losses while claiming " our site clearly states we buy from vendors worldwide ". As a buyer and seller I'm telling you buying from vendors worldwide is NOT the same as dropship! This practice is beyond deceptive and I cannot believe people can sleep at night knowing they are making such a bad name under the guise of American businesses.
Having said that I took 2 seconds finding all these items through a major dropship company, that ANYONE can go on, for the price of one of these shirts. Save yourself money and frustration and purchase from the dropship company yourself, you'll have to wait the month either way. My Daughter recieved the 2 shirts relatively quick. We were finally refunded for our $83,$16 pants. Upon any delivery they will be, as told to Belle, returned to sender. I want NOTHING to do with Rebelsmarket or their subsidiaries nor do I want any reminder of this experience in my home. Save yourself the hassle, buy direct from China if you're going to shop here.

As I love gothic clothing I ordered 2 facemasks a few weeks ago. And I received my order info by email stating that they would inform me about the shipping and delivery dates.
As I did not hear back from Rebelsmarket within 14 days I decided to write a quick email.
Belle from Rebelsmarket reacted within 24 hours and made sure I received my facemasks by the end of the week.
I do have to say that it was great customer support and a very swift reaction.

Another couple great items purchased. Great quality of the t-shirts and excellent customer service.
I had a small issue with one shirt and Belle was great to work - great service!
I ordered: Zipped Turn Up Sleeve Loose Fit Tee / and / Live Loud 2 in 1 Red Ripped Top Black and both items are well made material and such fun products.

I had a problem with the mailing address on my shipment as it was returned as undelivered. With the help of the people there all corrections were made and the items reshipped just in time for when I had to leave town and I had it with me when I left as that's why I got it in the first place.

I've never had an issue with receiving any of my orders. Customer service is attentive to any inquiries. Some of the merchandise sold on the sight is overpriced and you can find for a fraction of the price elsewhere. That's my only issue with the site, otherwise it's great.
