I have to admit the gentleman on the phone was very helpful, answered. All my questions is, customer service was great. Helped with everything I needed and got my product to me very quickly.
Very helpful picking out a cover for my truck. Offered me a military discount as well.
I finally had the time to get the bumper installed.
The hardest part was removing the factory bumper mounts.my truck is diesel so it's ether remove the intercooler or cut the bolts that hold them on.
I found that a Sawzall and a hacksaw blade does the job fairly easy the worst part was just getting access to the bolts.
The new bumper was very easy to mount once the old factory mounts were out of the way.
But I definitely suggest an engine host or some big friends to assist.
I just unpacked the bumper and will install it tomorrow. From looking at it and reading the instructions it seems simple and straightforward for the install.
I'll.make one recommendation and that is rent an engine host for the install or have a bunch of friends that are wt lifters come help.
The other thing i will say is the shipping department takes things seriously,.this thing came wrapped up tighter that Dicks hat band not a scratch on it. Plenty of padding and strapped to a pallet.

Product not delivered on-time. Delivery date kept getting moved and then package delayed in GA. Received side rails but not the canister.
