Purchased 2 items. Purchased insurance ( sold as hassle free return and replacement). Hood deflector was broken in half I called Real Truck immediately upon delivery. They told me they have nothing to do with it as I purchased insurance contact them. I contacted insurance carrier and they refused to pay enough money to re-purchase the part again and advised me to call back real truck and speak with somebody there. After an hours worth of being on hold and dealing with both places, real truck did send another pot and I did not have to pay any additional money. Nothing but a hassle. In my opinion NEVER buy insurance.
Had questions called Real Truck and got hold of JP and he researched and made sure I was getting the correct item for my truck.

I understand that my order could come in two deviveries, but i did reciece one with no receit no explanition on where the second half of my order is, or if i am even going to get it. I can not start my project untill i know if or when i will receive the other half of my order.
Real Truck has exceptional quality products but the customer service department is very difficult to work with and to get any kind of timely response if something is wrong with the product like damages, etc. No one will normally reply to e-mails, voice mail, until weeks have passed by.
One phone call took care of business. Got the cover in less than 4 days.

I chatted with support to make sure it fit my 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss and they assured me it would. It doesn't fit! Once I got it installed the two bulk head corners left 1/2 inch gaps into the bed of the truck. I tried moving it to fit but nothing worked. Now I have to improvise something to get gasket to fit snugly. The rail gasket protruded about two inch on the tailgate end. Had to hammer it back into place. There was an excessive mount of metal shaving left on it from the manufacturer and I got a minor cut from them! The installation instructions were vague and not specific to my model/trim. Not worth the 1200 I paid.

My cover was shipped to the wrong address. I do not know how my old address was used.
I was having trouble finding a bed cover that would work with carry racks for my Toyota Tacoma. After hours of research on many sites I called RealTruck and solved my problem in less that an hour. I worked with a very knowledgeable sales tech who knew why I was having trouble, listened to my questions, and offered solutions. I bought based on his advise and very pleased with my choice.
I called to find out about the, "Powerflow Pro-Fit Splash Guards", for my 2015, Q7 TDI Prestige. The website only listed the front.
When I called, Don Wentling notified me that the splash guards for the front also fit the rear. Based on that information, I purchased two sets.
RealTruck was excellent and went above and beyond with helping me on a terrible situation with a supplier. I will never buy anything from Oracle lighting again but absolutely will continue using RealTruck for future needs of my customers.
