I've ordered from Real Truck three times. Twice my order has been canceled (for "unknown reasons" according to rep) and my card was charged. The charges were reversed in a few days. Both times I've had to wait to speak to a customer service representative to find out where the order is, upon finding it canceled, being transferred to a sales rep to reorder.
Everything was done professionally, however if an order isn't going to go through, the card shouldn't be charged and an email should be sent explaining what happened.
I was hesitant to go on the chat line but it was easy to work with the salesman

I purchased a set of sidesteps from my sons truck. We were not able to put them on for a couple of months. When we tried to install them they don't fit. It's been a month since we contracted a real truck and made a ticket. And we keep getting a run around about it. We have been asked to send multiple pictures and measurements and then finally they said they submitted for warranty and that's been a couple of weeks ago! No one will return phone calls, not return emails. I finally asked for a refund. Again nothing
All my local dealers were sold out and/or back ordered on my truck cover. One call and it was on my doorstep in three days. Very pleased.
Streamlined chat order, and fast shipping. My cover had some damage on it when received, and i have submitted a warranty claim. Time will tell about the return process.
