I had a fit question about N-Fab steps for my new Power Wagon and reached out to RealTruck's customer service line. Gregory was exceptional at quickly answering all my questions knowledgeably and professionally. He sincerely seemed to care about my experience. It was this experience that ultimately made my discission to purchase the steps from RealTruck without further internet searching. Gregory completed the purchase over the phone and delivery was much sooner than I expected. Installation was simple and fit is perfect. I will be using RealTruck in the future.

My experience with Realtruck was the best experience I have had untill... after the order was placed my salesperson commented that it would be arriving via FEDEX. FEDEX is the most substandard shipper in my area. I will not allow them on my property. I find packages from FEDEX all over my driveway, which is long and through the trees. We found packages all over behind trees anywhere but at my house. I called several times to no avail. Then began their lies of bad weather causing it to have to sit at their terminal when it would be 70 degrees and sunny. I finally had enough and told all my suppliers that if they persisted in using FEDEX our relationship was over.

Shipping problems my experience with a real truck has been great they got what I needed and got it on its way very quickly the problem is they use FedEx FedEx has got to be the worst way to ship anything in the world that usually gets to Denver at a reasonable time then I can stay there two or three days looking for me 20 miles away you never know what they're going to do when or if they will ever deliver anything they are not a good way to ship this is not the first time I've had problems with FedEx it's every time

Over the phone it is easy to get information when speaking with someone, and they are definitely helpful. However, I had a few issues with an order. When I would try and use the customer service emails for clarification or to resolve an issue, I would only gets bits and pieces of info back. They never actually answered any of my questions regarding the issues on my order, thus forcing me to call multiple times, instead of a quick simple Email.
I would give some additional advice- if you have a boiler plate e-mail going out to a customer informing them that you are canceling their order because of inventory issues, after the customer has already paid and was expecting the shipment…. ALWAYS have a link or prompt to immediate replacement options in order to secure the sale.
If I hadn't had previous experience with the company, there was nothing to prevent me from simply moving on to the next company that popped up online. Just some input on a recent transaction, previous transactions had always gone smoothly, and this would definitely not prevent me from continuing to shop with you.
