Shipped to the wrong address. Was supposed to come to my job but they shipped it to my house & left on my porch where my dIsabled wife had to drag into the house & was not signed for. This was the first time anything was wrong but all fit perfectly despite the shipping being messed up
I am very pleased with the product, and the customer support, I can only say the only concern I ran across was when discussing installation with support, it seemed to be very straightforward and easy based on the discussion, but in reality there was 23 steps to the procedure. It was still not all that difficult, but still not too difficult to complete. Overall I am satisfied.

I purchased a new 2023 Nissan Frontier and I needed a tonneau cover. I looked all over the Internet and this was the only place that had one that looked easy to install and was good quality. I ordered the product and it shipped the same day which was on a weekend. The cover showed up earlier than expected and it was shipped free of charge. I watched a video on their website for installation and everything went exactly as shown in the video. It took about 10 minutes. If I need more accessories I will definitely buy from RealTruck. On-line chat and representative's help was excellent! Product looks to be a quality product. Price was OK, less that any competitor, but we all want things to be cheaper. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the Tonneau I bought is not in stock ready for a fast shipment when I need it. They are built to order for my 2023 Truck, and I have to wait about 25 to 30 days to receive it. Also, I would prefer to rate my purchase and experience after I receive it.
