I ordered a brush guard for a customer's vehicle and waited 2 weeks and still no brush guard. I had to call customer service to find out that it was on national back order. So I was going to order a similar one and spoke with a representative and she assured that there must have been a mix up, that they definitely had the one I needed. I explained to her that I was told that this one was not available. She said that she called the warehouse in PA and they in fact did have it. I get a tracking number and the shipping carrier gave me a date for delivery AND THEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING my order had been canceled AGAIN! I will never order from real truck again!

I never laid hands on the order. It never got delivered. So refund should be instant. It is not. I was told 3-5 days. Funny I should have told the that when I ordered the cover. Yeah go ahead send it, I'll pay you 3-5 days after I get it. Make up your own minds. My experience was a nightmare. And I'm still in it!

Customer rep assured me item was in stock, and would ship right away. Placed my order, and checked back next day only to be told it wasn't in their inventory, and would be 4-6 more days before it shipped. Felt I was mislead simply to make the sale. Cancelled my order, and had it shipped from another vendor the next day.

Have not opened the cases yet because I am still waiting on my new truck to arrive at the dealership. They did meet and in fact exceed their shipping promises. Always good when a promise is kept.

I was supposedly surprised when I was shopping online and reached out in the chat service to have Kevin Dunham help me. He was very responsive and quick to make sure all my parts fit on my truck. He took me through the process and got my order complete quickly I would highly recommend anybody needing to order online to go through Kevin Dunham.
What I was told did not happen had to call cust service following day to find out your people can't type.
