Your website needs to show if an item is in stock. My order came in 4 separate shipments and most of what I ordered were parts to build an air line hose assembly that were no good to me until the final item arrived which was the hose.
I could have went to my Mack dealer same day and got everything I needed, but would have costed me a little more money. You need to just sell the dress up truck parts and forget about repair parts if you can not have in stock something as simple as emergency and service air lines!
It was good, always have what I need.
Only thing is I can't keep the bottom cushion in place.
I received it in a timely manner but had to return it as I didn't realize it was a radio for a truck. I was looking for an ordinary radio for my kitchen. I would hope you have received the return by now and issued my credit.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
