The good: the product is excellent. I couldn't be happier.The bad: no shipping notice email was ever sent. I finally followed up after several days and they asked for my physical address and said it would ship the next day. (I had given a PO box number). FedEx later had to call me to correct Raney addressing mistake on the label. Conclusion: Great product, but flawed processing of order and delivery.
