We received our order in two shipments a few days apart. Which was fine since they sent me an email about the delay on the rest of the order. When I received the parts they were exactly what I ordered, in excellent condition and packaged to ensure the parts would not be damaged during shipping. They had extra paper and air-filled pillows cushioning the parts. I was extremely glad they did that since other places I have ordered from didn't and my order from them was damaged and had to be returned. I would definitely order from Raneys again.

Took longer than expected to receive order even though shipping would normally be free with the amount I spent. It wouldn't have been an issue if the shipping was waved. When u pay for shipping u expect to receive your order in 1-3 days.
