Did not receive confirmation on email right away did not know if my order was processed had to call my credit card company to see if I was billed took Almost 3 weeks for an email WoW!

Ohhh well the delivery with ups no good leave package at wrong addres with out anybody sign for package and like Rayne's costumer service said that i have to wait for them to get a claim voucher for them to send another package and i'm already getti g bill with out the parts finldly find tbe parts talking to mi friend henry..

As far as the search ability on your web site and finding the product. Very good. Order process was ok as well.
But the process time and shipping took forever. Not sure if I will order again. To be honest We ordered multiple parts from various places over the last 2 weeks and all of our orders from every place we ordered got here before your product. We cant afford to be with out that long. Maybe if you pick up your processing and shipping time we may order in the future.

Easy to order, after I got me invoice in the email I noticed a handling charge? What is that for, having to have someone pick it? Pretty cheesy, wont ever buy from there again nor will I recommend anyine to buy form there!
