I placed an order on the 21st of April and didn't receive it till May 15th. (Not too bad) Once I opened my package I realized the bottom corner of my grill was bent from most likely being dropped and one of the mounting studs was broke off as well. Now I have to fix my brand new grill I spent $480 on... I suggest better packaging. The grill only had tape on it to cover the finish and small styrofoam blocks covering the mounting studs. You need cushion around the outter edges to protect from clumsy delivery drivers...
