Fantastic, a bit much on shipping but good overall
First time ordering. Parts, price and quality are all good. Only issue was message of "awaiting shipment" for a long time. Approx. Two weeks?
Nice duck,i think the rainey site is poorly done,hard to navigate,and provides no tracking info,at least it didnt work in my case.the overall site seems to be poor quality and i find it a source of frustration and would rather not do it again

Only issue that I experienced was with customer service. Got some conflicting information due to agent miss reading the information they had. One of our items was on backorder and 1st agent told us that it would be shipped earlier the following week. When we called in to see if the item had shipped yet, the second agent told us that it would not ship out until later on in the month, when in reality, the item shipped at the end of the week and the second agent had misinformed us.
