Ordered on Friday. Wasn't shipped til Monday afternoon. Normally not a big deal but some of the stuff was needed to get me back on the road. Grill ordered on Amazon showed up on Tuesday hardware for mounting I ordered from you showed up Thursday. I don't remember seeing an option to expedite shipping but maybe there was.
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
