Was sent the wrong spacing on mudflap brackets.had to re drill frame to compensate for wider spacing.
Would like to have been assured that the part will definitely fit my truck's model, but am happy to learn that the part is returnable should it not fit. I hope there are no hidden fees to return the part if necessary.

Delivery was about a week after I was told it would likely be. Other than that, all was good.

Good prices ordered a vent cover for the sleeper, it didn't quite fit so I had to make adjustments. Turns out that vent cover was a perfect match for the upper vent which I don't use.
Was shipped the wrong product which didn't fit the truck. Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to be able to return it. Still haven't heard anything back if they received the return or if they are going to send the right product. We'll see what happens, hopefully they'll do the right thing.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
