Had the seat in stock. Couldn't find it anywhere else. Had a good price. Delivery was slow but the order was shipped quick. Not Raney's fault it was the freight company

Excellent experience. One of my items was damaged, I called and explained customers service, just requested me photos of the damaged item and the box and sent me new item afterwords with no further issues. Very professional, friendly and helpful, Eddy was awesome.

Received the lighted mud flap hangers with several chrome plastic parts. Two light bezels were broken and there were six screws missing. I contacted them and they refused to replace the broken or missing parts. Weeks later they demanded pictures of the missing screws.
Nothing bad about Raney's, just the product sucked, ended up not using them to much extra work to have to measure out and drill out the 15 holes each mount requires, if I knew it was just going to be a piece of metal that I had to drill out to mount I would of just bought the I beam cut bend and drill myself

Raney's is the best for me, the price is cheaper most of the time than most of their on line competition... Delivery is fast
The part did not fit, it needs an adapter. I tried to read the ad to make sure that it was a screw on and did not need an adapter just doesn't work
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
